I love everything about it! I will say this, it puts the iphone to an open shame! I have owned many iphones over the years, but they are not the same quality. The new iphone 11 does not even come close to this phone. Graphics are better, the camera is better, the speed is better. Honestly, I can't find anything bad to say about this phone, and no I do not work for the company nor was I paid for my review. My recommendation, GET IT! You will be blown away!

I like this phone a lot, lots of features to make it fun and easier to navigate. Its workes well and fast, I like the edge screen that you can pop up. Always loved Samsung because of the customization you can do with your phone.

I would go with 5 star overall except one caveat. What came was open box and the document box was empty. Phone registered as new with Samsung with 12 month warranty on parts/labor. It would have been full transparency and not of concern if this was disclosed in the ad. It was a great price to me. All in box is as new save the docs. So far so good and it's a great phone. Installed my AT%26T prepaid sim, connected and set up in minutes.

This is a nice phone just like the other one I had cost $1200 the only thing about it who ever restored it had got it where I can't update it I'm going to have to take it to the dealer to get something done so I can update it

the battery does run very fast it doesn't last but the quality of the phone is nice

The specifications are for the S20 US version but what I had received was the S20 European/International version which has a slower processor. The giveaway was it's model number being listed as SM-G986UZKAXAA but the actual phone is SM-G986U/DS. I tried using the Samsung member app to run a diagnostic but it is completely incapable of doing such since it is in the wrong region. The phone was completely new with no visible imperfections. I would likely say this phone is awesome if I lived in Europe, but I am in the US and it may prove troublesome eventually.

i bought the phone in December 2025, its been 4 months and when im talking to people, the individual tell me i cant hear you. I have the volume on high and they still cant hear me. This started at the end of March and its April 29, 2026, it also happens wiyh the Bluetooth, paid 200. 00 dollars for this to happen, its a new phone not 6 months old. This is messed up.

It had to be unlocked but it still have AT T .It came with version 1 soft now is 16 Battery is very slow

its a great phone, but now im getting green and pink lines through my phone screen. i have owned it for only 3 month's. the phone has not been dropped or anything. since day one it has been in a protective case.
