Packaged very well, everything is labeled and bubble wrapped securely! Straight forward installation, instructions and pictures are easy to understand. The snow dust has fall out initially, but doesn't flake much after installation. Heavy sturdy base, well made with lots of details, looks legitimately like a a slice of wood. Where I think they slacked on was details on the tree trunk, I feel they could have made the stick “tree trunks” look more realistic. Also, initially, I found the 6 foot tree trunk poles to be a little wobbly, but once all set up I don't feel like it will be a problem. Overall, they look amazing in my living room! Perfect addition to my Christmas decor and really warms up the space! I'd definitely recommend to family and would purchase with my own money.

Received the set of artificial trees in a rather large box that weighed more than i had expected. The trees were easy to assemble. You can tell that these have a level of quality that you often don't get from online sites. We put them in a corner (for a more 3D effect) and may decide to place them on the covered porch come December. The bases are slices of tree and the trunks are coated to match, a nice surprise. The lower portion of the trees are "bare" which is different then your usual holiday trees, thus we are not planning on doing much decorating on them. They look fine as is. The branches look good, though there are not too many of them. This is fine as real trees this size look like this. The lights are hard to spot when assembling, but the trees light up nicely. Overall we are please with these 3 artifical trees. NOTE: Received as part of the Star Reviewer program.

I initially was going to place the trees on my fireplace but once I assembled them they didn't work for the space. I ended up placing the two larger trees on my front porch. and the smaller one in my son's bedroom. They are perfect. Extremely cute and stylish. Only downfall was the amount of the flicked snow that fell off the trees while assembling them.

I have been wanting to purchase an alpine Christmas tree set for years but just couldn't bring myself to spend what some of these cost for what realistically are generally low quality trees that are intentionally pretty bare. I'm very happy to report this set does not disappoint. They are beautiful and higher quality than I expected them to be. They were very easy to put together. I had thought they didn't come with instructions. My son later pointed out they were taped at an odd location on the box flap. Without direction and a little fluffing took me about 30 minutes. They do require 3 separate plugs. I purchased a strip with a remote. I would consider these 100 percent worth the price they are at. The only cons are that the flocking gets everywhere at first. If I purchased another set, I would immediately take them outside and shake them a bit just to get the loose off. I moved them after initial assembly and the 2nd location didn't have nearly the amount of flocking. My other concern is with the base. One of the bases that was very well wrapped is broken. There is a number to call to address this but it's def a bummer. The base seems really heavy but it also appears to be somewhat hallow so def needs wrapped for storage. Over all I love them!

These are Beautiful however not nearly as many lights as shown they skimp lights on the top mostly and some of branches has no lights..Be careful to check base ours was broken and they were kind enough to replace the tress Ty Sam's Club

These trees are pretty for the porch. They seem to be durable and well made. The flocking did make a bit of a mess when being unpacked. They look really pretty at night lit on the porch. I am not sure how they are going to hold up for the long haul because the flocking did shed a lot during unpacking. The trees do not have plugs that will connect not to each other so they do require 3 plugs to illuminate all three trees . Overall I think the trees are pretty and I am pleased with them.

The small tree does not work. Very disappointing!

Customer service for problems is awful. An adapter was missing and the tall tree was crooked. I called multiple times and when I finally got the replacement package there was no adapter and no base for the tree.

Ordered these, the trees look great but lights on the largest tree did not work. Ordered replacement trees, the top lights on the largest tree did not work. They are very pretty though!
