Good value for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our dryer with the washer as a set in January of 2024. The machines perform as expected. We have never used the steam sanitizer function and are not able to comment on the function. Will try to explore in the near future. We have been fans of Samsung products for decades from cell phone, TV , kitchen appliances and washer and dryers. We are comfortable in selecting Samsung products due to our trust relationship with the brand name.

New Age High tech user friendly dryer

Smart Gas Dryer with Steam Sanitize+ and Sensor Dry in Brushed Black its a great addition to the family .This was a christmas gift for the entire family the wife and the kids love it so much we are clutter free due to the"Best Dryer ever" with wi-fi. Yes 5star.

Engineering or QC failure

Bought this 12 hours ago. Ran first cycle and annoying buzzing sound came on and off during cycle. Sounded like motor was defective right out of the box. Samsung needs to fire some QC folks or engineers if this is the same problem with all of the comments thus far.

Holds a Cal King Comforter!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new dryer! It is amazing how large the inside drum is. I've never had a washer or dryer that would hold a Cal King comforter and still have room! One of my favorite features is the refresh cycle. It dampers the clothes and re dries them taking out the wrinkles after sitting for a day! Love everything about my new dryer!

Expensive product that won’t last.

I bought it a year ago and 2 weeks after warranty expired the dryer get wont work. Now they want to charge $250 just to come and look at it. I don’t recommend buying Samsung products.

STOPS DRYING CYCLE IN A FEW MINUTES

THE DRYER STOPS DRYING IN A FEW MINUTES AND START COOLING CYCLE. While setting sensor it shows error code “0E” but on its smart apps it shows all right. I checked everywhere but I did not see any solutions for this error code.

IT'S A GREAT SMART DRYER - LOVE THE HUGE CAPICITY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size is huge, much bigger than expected. But I the size because it's easier for me to dry my huge comforter and sheets. The digital controls makes it very user friendly and I love the smart things feature that connects to and sends a notification to my cell when a cycle is complete. I also like that I can increase the dryness level to ensure that my laundry is fully dry when the cycle is complete. It's very efficient and my laundry doesn't shrink or even show signs of much wrinkles.
