Packaged in individual packets which helps with being able to grab one and go. Maybe just a little pricier than I would like, but not bad. I would prefer fewer other seeds.

Look at the nutrition label if you have any allergies or concerns about fat or calories because these are more like a meal replacement bite, but they are very tasty and easy to take on the go. My kids love them as well. Lightly sweet, good texture.

I gave them as a gift and they disappeared before you could blink. Looks like I will buy them again.

The sample that I tasted in the store was good so I purchased a bag. The bites are dry, stale and crumble into pieces when opened. I will not purchase this item again.

These little muffins are fabulous! Individually wrapped, moist and filling. Unfortunately, I think that they are seasonal because I can't find them in any Sam's Club and they are sold out online. Please bring these back!

Individually wrapped mini muffins with apricots, raisins, sunflower and flax seeds. Great snack for those with nut allergies and has low sugar content (7g).

I've bought Aussie Bites at Sam's for a very long time but they stopped carrying them. They now have their own alternative which tastes exactly the same.
