These sound good,but I did not enjoy the flax seeds. They get in your teeth and remind me of bird seed. I will try something different next time.

These are delicious they are perfect for a quick snack and individually packaged so they stay fresh.

Not very good, tiny seeds are hard to chew, not much flavor. They look a lot better than they taste.
