Proscuitto is very salty and too thick, it's our least favorite. Dry Coppa and Sweet Soppressata are huge slices and thin and tasty. I would buy again.

It's amazing meat and the prosciutto is my favorite however the meat does look discolored and gross at times and you can definitely tell if it's bad just sitting on the store shelf.

When you're not hungry enough for dinner but want a little sometin'. This prosciutto goes great with some Boursin cheese & multi-grain crackers to carry you over till breakfast.

I freeze half for a later date

Superior to American lunch meat.

Fresh, however, the prosciutto is very difficult to peel apart.
