I bought these a couple months ago and struggled to eat them...they taste awful! I love salmon, and while frozen salmon filets are never ideal they get the job done...usually. Not these. The first time I cooked them, the top got all dried out, and whatever spice they use for the "blackening" just clashes with the flavor of salmon. The second attempt was no better, even using lem to try to off the flavor. The last two filets went in the trash.
