Taste and texture is excellent, I baked mine on a cast iron griddle. Could easily be fooled that this was fresh and not frozen. Very good and easy. Highly recommend

I try to keep a bag of this salmon in freezer. Makes great salmon tacos, add to a salad for a main meal or our favorite way with just fresh green beans or broccoli. I remove some of the seasoning prior to cooking as it is shared with my two shih-tzus.

Looks like Sam's Club switched blackened salmon brands again; this is second time within about the last year. Well judging by my first package of Rising Tide, it was a really good switch this time. You can immediately tell that the fish is well seasoned. It tastes really good after cooking too. Definitely a thumbs up from me and hopefully they don't switch brands again. The C. Wirthy and Co. brand they had was really good. Then they switched, for no apparent reason, to Sea Cuisine which was a total mistake; the fish was garbage and half the time it wasn't seasoned well at all. But now the switch to Rising Tide seems to be a great one. I'm thinking I better stock up before they stupidly switch again.

Perfect on the grill. Taste is great. The blackened feature makes this a real find!

delish and just right amount of heat in seasoning

This fish USED to be amazing, and was a favorite in our household. Sometime in the past few months, the blackening spice recipe has changed--it is red, not black as shown on the packaging picture. Additionally, the packages are no longer air tight (see picture). We keep purchasing bags of this fish hoping it things will go back to normal, but we are done wasting our money. We will no longer purchase this product.
