The mixer is a lot smaller than I thought it would be, but fits on my counter nicely. It has a lot of power for a small mixer. I wish the lowest setting would be a bit slower, so there would be more control and less splash from the batter. Also, I wish the bowl had a handle on it for pouring and to easily place the bowl on the mixer and take it off the mixer stand.

I recently got the Dash Everyday Stand Mixer and it's amazing for anyone who loves to multitask in the kitchen. This mixer is lightweight and easy to move around which is great if you don't have a lot of counter space. The different speed settings help with mixing everything from cookie dough to whipped cream. I also love that it's super quiet. Cleaning up is simple because most parts are dishwasher safe. Overall it's a great mixer for everyday use and I highly recommend it.

I bought it as a gift to myself before moving into my new house. I got so busy that I hadn't had a chance to use it so yesterday I Christmas I thought it was a good a time as any to use the mixer for the first time since purchasing it. The day was already rough from the pipes bursting at our studio to the power being off at the house for over 24 hours starting the morning of Christmas Eve. I opened the box to hurry and cook Christmas dinner and save the day and there was no bowl. 😩 perfect color and size but could mix anything.

Is this supposed to have a slow speed? Because mine doesn't. Just fast, faster and way to fast. It sounds like it is trying to take off. I love it for its size and weight which makes it very doable for me. However, I could really use a slow speed for almost everything I make. So for that reason alone I give it only 3 stars, and because of the speed, I don't use it as often as I had hoped. So far everything else I have purchased from this company I love and use often - Waffle maker, Griddle, and Pizzelle maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only use a stand mixer for making bread. My old mixer died, so I got the Dash stand mixer. I was surprised at how light it was, which makes it much easier to move in and out of the cupboard; but I wasn't sure how it would handle kneading dough, and the dough hooks looked too small to do the job. However, I was impressed. The hooks worked very well, and it had no problem with the dough. Having to turn it off to rest every three minutes was annoying, but not seriously. And I really liked the locking bowl and suction cups on the bottom, which kept it in place on the counter while in operation. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I have had a very heavy large stand mixer for 30 years, and needed something easy to grab and be able to get myself. So far I have used this once and it was cool...I like how light weight it is, and has several speeds. I am looking forward to trying it out on daily basis.

My travel van never smelled as good as with the fresh bread and cakes I make with my new mixer...Entertained new friends at the campground and it was a hit...No ore wasted breads and fresh daily, for my family...Amazingly powerful for a little guy...And compact to boot...Cleaning is a breeze...Every baker should own one, for it's versatility and portability...Great size for kids too...Culinary school students in dorms would love one, too...Anybody need a gift idea?...LOL

This is so much nicer than a hand mixer with all the features and more. Absolutely love the suction cups on the bottom so it stays put as it's used. Six speeds and both eject and tilt buttons. The bowl can be positioned in the center as well as offset to spin as it's mixed.

It looks like a big exspensive one , but it is light weight and not such a counter hog.
