I bought this and had it installed on 11-26-20. And it stopped cooling about 3 weeks before the 1 year warranty expired. The repair man said these freezers don't have parts to repair the possible damage, and they don't make them easy enough to open and service, so the best option was to just replace or refund. The next day it started working again, so it may have needed rebooted or it could have been a frozen component, either way, I don't trust it! I lost a lot of money in food and I just don't trust these freezers anymore.

Bought this freezer on September 9th. Since then, I've contacted the store three times in the past month and am promised each time that someone will call me back. No one ever does. Only when I have the temp setting at the Highest (7) level does it even come close to keeping the temp under Zero. That's just not right but no one is willing to help me. This is as much a 1-Star rating on the freezer as it is on the Seller.

I purchased and had this chest freezer installed in 11/20. It's fantastic! It resides in my garage and has done great. Better than I hoped considering it's the heat we endure here. The only thing I would like, which I have been unable to find, is another basket. Or even one that would be a bit wider.

This freezer works great! I am glad we bought it. With Covid limitations. I limit my trips to the grocery store and the side by side refrigerators leave little space for storage. It's just the right size for us. I can fit a month's worth of food it it easily and not have any waste. Just plug-in and go. It fits nicely in our garage without having to make extra space.

I just got my Hotpoint 7.1 CF freezer and it's the PERFECT size for my townhouse. It fits right into a cubby in my laundry room. So far so good, it cooled real fast when I plugged it in and there is an ample amount of space inside. The only thing I would have liked more is if it came with more than one wire basket.

My old chest freezer died on me while full of meats! Due to the Corona virus panic, finding a new freezer became a serious issue here in NJ. I found an appliance store that has been in business for many years and this product was the last one they had, they wouldn't reserve it so we had to pay for it over the phone without even seeing it. BUT I am so happy with it.. it got cold super fast and all my food is saved. Great size great price.. Its perfect!

This is a great mid sized freezer. I needed more room but not a monster taking up room in my garage. This has plenty of room and it's dimensions are perfect for a garage. It has a small basket for smaller items, a convenient shelf and plenty of room. Set up, maintenance, etc. couldn't be simpler. Only had it a few days but it's perfect mid size freezer so far.

I just bought my first home. All my boys have moved out and the 5ft long 2ft wide deep freeze I raised all of them with would not fit through the basement door of the new house. : ( So I gave it to a family who could use it and went in search of a new one. I love my new GE freezer. It was time to down size. Hols all my Lean cuisines extra ice cream for the grand-kids. My 16 lb turkey for Thanksgiving. Look forward to years of use out of it.
