Our son's cart needs a new front wheel after less than a years use. My son only weighs about 40 pounds so it's not like he's heavy and causing additional wear. Just not made with the best materials for longevity in my opinion. The Velcro straps used to secure the cart to the hover board also need to be replaced very often if riding in grass and they only include one additional set. Not very "all terrain" if you ask me...

We purchased this for our son for Christmas. assembly was easy and didn't take too long. instructions mentioned washers but the box didn't include any. We assembled anyway in hopes to salvage the gift. He got to try it straight out of the box and really enjoyed it. The cart is attached with velcro to the hoverboard but still worked well. Did not mess up steering as some other reviews stated for us anyway. It connects to bluetooth and plays music, you can also customize the led lights. this would have been an awesome christmas gift if it would have continued to work longer than the 10-15 mins he got out of the first charge. the charger lights up green but the board will not charge. We have a very disappointed little boy on Christmas. We want this to work so bad. We have tried to contact Jetson for support but it is a holiday so no luck there. hopefully we can get a replacement if not this will have to be returned.

My son received this for his 12th birthday, and it immediately became his favorite toy. However, the battery life is terrible!! Only stays charged for 30-45 minutes, tops. Also, the Ride Jetson app is terrible. It won't connect whatsoever. Overall, it was kind of worth it, since my son loves it, but the performance could definitely be improved.

My 8 year old loves her Go-kart. We had an issue with the wheel of the hoverboard and it was covered under the 1 year warranty.

Bought this for my son and he loves it! Rides it all over the place. Had an issue with the cart and customer service was top notch and remedied the issue quickly and with courtesy.

Money well worth it!! I bought not 1 but 2 and my kids love them. I may have to bit a 3rd one. I recently had to send off for repairs and the customer services was phenomenal. I give this product 5 stars!! We have so much fun riding them!! Ty
