Mic not working

I have spend a whole day trying to get the microphone working, but whenever I troubleshoot it, it says device needs to be plugged in(device is paired or plugged in via Aux cable). I have tried via Bluetooth and Aux cable. Nothing seems to work

The microphone of our JBL Tune 700BT only works through Bluetooth when on a phone call. Please make sure to choose Bluetooth audio when answering a call.

mediocre

The box says, "PURE BASS WIRELESS" so I was expecting some really good bass response. I didn't hear it. I have spent several days testing different genres of music as well as EQ settings on my iPhone and while it did improve the bass response somewhat I am still underwhelmed. I'd rather pay a little more money and have fantastic sound.

Great sound, easy to use for music and calls.

Great, for all of the above mentioned. However, when I try to charge them, it charges for about a minute and then they stop charging. Not sure why. It clearly starts to charge and does charge but I doubt that it is fully charged in a minute. It also runs out of charge quickly.

Great Headset!

Recently bought T710BT, but i cant find them to write review, so i will write here. The headset is perfect for the price and my type of use (mostly music and video), but the battery life is the star of those. If i use them constantly they will last 3 whole days. Another very good feature is the simultaneous connection to 2 devices. In general this Headset is Awesome!

Good battery, reasonable sound, very uncomfortable

I bought these JBL Headphones a couple of months, and so far, some things stand out: bass quality is great, lower sounds get a bit lost and not so detailed, the battery is amazing, and the controls on the headphones themselves are very practical and useful. But then they are just super uncomfortable to use for several hours - the ear cover is too small, and so it keeps making a lot of pressure on your ears.

Not happy

Only owned headset for 3-4 months, so its virtually brand new and it no longer works. The issue seems to be with the battery or charging port. Also, it has a terrible microphone for making phone calls with. Despite this, they are a very comfortable over-the-ear Bluetooth headset with great sound and battery life (when it was working). FIX THE NICKNAME ENTRY ON THIS FORUM.

Sound cuts ?

Hey, just bought the headset, install was easy but the music is cut every few seconds when using my phone (trekker core M1). Works fine with old Samsung Tab A6... what can be done ? Phone is up to date, codecs look compatible, other bluetooth audio devices work fine daily ? What else ?

A Very Average Headphones

I own a Beats Solo2 which are wired headphones but I need a wireless one so I choose JBL TUNE 700BT. These are advertised as Pure BASS and blah blah but they're pretty average compared to my Beats Solo2. The sound quality, bass, treble, acoustics, all are pretty average and you won't be awestruck for sure. However I love the design, the comfort, the quality of material, quality of construction and especially value for money.
