I bought these to have good headphones mostly for virtual work meetings and general phone conversations that are comfortable and these really have been working well. The bass isn't the best but I don't really use these to listen to music either.

Bought these last week, and are a little bigger than expected. I have the smallest earpiece in and it's still a little bulky.....The sounds quality it's pretty good, although could be better...

So far the sound is good and they are fairly easy to understand and operate. My box didn't include the charger cables that come with the package. I wouldn't recommend without the cable.

I've only had them for a week but so far they've been great! The sound is awesome and the various sizes of earbuds means they are a great fit. Super easy to pair with my devices.

I purchased these to use between stops at work they are amazing long battery life great sound, they sound so good that my girlfriend ended up taking them need to get another set.

They were amazing and the best headphones I've ever used.Because there mini and have great production of sound and are easily rechargeable and capable of being good enough to listen for hours on for hours of music or FaceTiming someone.

The sound quality is incredible and connection is quick and easy, but the case is a bit bulky as are the earbuds themselves. The price makes up for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been wearing these as my primary set for the past few weeks, definitely great sound for the size. They stay well in your ear if you're using the right size earbud, but they only came with 3 sizes so it was hard to find a good fit at first. Having tried these with A LOT of bass music, they're solid on low end and midrange; which you should come to expect from JBL at this point. No matter the size or type of headphones, they always have well balanced and high quality sound. Some great examples of this are - Alix Perez and EPROM - 'Chiron', Lane 8 - 'Loving You - Lane 8 Rework', and James Blake - 'Limit To Your Love'. My main issues are the headphones themselves: They're very plasticy, and I worry about dropping them because they seem very fragile. The buttons for pausing and skipping tracks are strangely positioned directly above my ear canal, so when I push in to press the button it pushes the bud deeper to my ear, which hurts after a while. Sometimes when I open the case and go to connect to my phone, only one bud wakes up and connects so I have to put them back in the case to reset the process. Doesn't happen all the time, but enough for me to mention it as an issue. Other than the body and buttons, the sound is beautiful as always. Happy with these, and will continue to put them into rotation for dog walks and workouts.

I bought these a year ago, primarily for my wife to use when she walks; listen to e-books, podcasts etc. I ended up using them primarily for WFH. For these tasks they are fine. However, they do not stay in your ears, regardless of which size adapters you use. Battery life subpar. For the price they currently sell for, they are fine. Anyone who buys wireless headphone/buds at this price – or any price for that matter, and thinks they'll get symphony quality sound is fooling themselves. Buy a set of Bose and tape them to your head.
