I am interested in eating chicken, not skin or bone. I was surprised at how fatty the skin was on the wings so I took some measurements. I did so on three wings right out of the bag before heating them. My measurements revealed that the MEAT composed LESS THAN HALF of the total weight (see 47% below). So a 5 pound bag of these cooked Tyson wings = 2.35 pounds of meat (approx.) for $15.98 which equals $6.80 per pound of cooked meat. On the other hand Sam's offers cooked Tyson Grilled and Ready Chicken Breast Strips (3 lbs. - Item #416114) for $12.98 ($5.33/pound) and uncooked Tyson Chicken Breast Tenderloins (6 lbs. - Item #907533) for $15.98 ($2.66/pound). Both of these options are ALL MEAT although they are not wings and you will have to season them yourself.
