The sound quality for music and calls were great. However, the noise cancellation was terrible. It did not block out much sounds. The wireless charging case also made a buzzing sound while it was charging wirelessly. This complaint was echoed by multiple customers based on my research and there was no fix reported for it by beats or Apple.

Spent the extra money because these were advertised as having a heart rate monitor. They do, but you can't use it at the same time as the earphones. Absolutely ridiculous. Would have returned except I had already used.

These serve pretty much all my needs. They stay charged for a long time and can be comfortably worn for long periods of time. They connect easily and I havent had any connectivity issues since purchasing them.

I bought these headphones and lavender. They are so cute, but they have discolored and stained within wearing them in only two days at the gym and only 1 hour at a time. I feel that they look horrible now, and for the amount of money that I paid I am not happy. Also, the left earbud is popping with the music and cutting in and out..

This is so, so close to a great product. My biggest gripe is that this is the second pair in 60 days that I have gone through because they had some kind of "syncing" error for which Apple support couldn't figure out. I suspect it had something to do with my Google Pixel, because neither I nor they could find anyone else having the issue. So, if you have an iPhone - you may never run across this issue. Other than that, the sound was great and so was the fit.

I think Orange is just my color but I enjoy them I can't loose these I lost my AirPods Pro 2 left pod twice soo I wanted to give these a try before replacing the left again

Hurts my outer ear smaller than older model Powerbeats pro the mic is ok the sound has gone in and out and fixed itself several times which is annoying overall I'm not very satisfied I'll keep my old pair just in case I have to go back to them.

The Powerbeats Pro 2 are lighter and more comfortable than the original Powerbeats earbuds. The charger works better than the charger provided with the original model earbuds. The noise cancelling feature works well and the heart censor connects well with Apple Watches.

I had a very old version of Beats and these are clearly much better. Sound is great and they fit my inner and outer ear better and stay on very well. They came with a wider range of ear plugs as well. Walmart's price was the best and they arrived pretty quickly. External noise canceling is okay, could be better, but that is not a concern for me however.
