Jumping in the Adult coloring movement I Love the quantity of colors,however, if I'd know that the box only contains 60 different colors and 40 multiples I'd probably reconsidered purchasing...no to mention the fact that Walmart is not stocking color pencils for some odd reason.

Bought these to use as a hobby when I retire later this year. Goes great with adult coloring books (Which I also bought at Walmart). My only complaint is that the box isn't too sturdy. When I took the box out of the shopping bag, it fell open and all the pencils fell out. I would've thought they would tape it shut. But I have a homemade pencil organizer I'm storing them in anyway. So it was no big deal. Lots of great colors.

The box and description is very deceiving. Yes, there are 100 colored pencils, however, 40 of those colors are repeats. The colors are great, they feel a bit waxy when coloring, not like a real pencil. I have some older Crayola pencils, and they feel like actual pencils when using them. The actual pencils would get 5 stars. It is the packaging that lowers my rating.

I am SO disappointed with this product. You have to press too hard to get any color to show up. You see the array of all the different colors but that's about it. This is labeled for a child but a child would probably give up or press hard enough to break the lead. I have 2 other brands where the leads are soft and give good coverage of the hues.

I got this pack hoping to get a lot of different colors, knowing that Crayola generally has a bunch of colors that the cheaper brands don't. I was really disappointed when I opened the box to see a ton of multiples. There are actually 3 of one color and there weren't any really unique colors, I could've spent less for the smaller pack and gotten the same colors. Granted the pencils color very well, it's just really disappointing to order a 100 pack expecting 100 different colors and getting maybe 70 different colors instead.

Been doing art for many years and colored pencils are one of my favorite mediums. I just have to smile when ever I see them in all their glorious colors. And although I prefer the ones geared toward artist, you just can't beat Crayola colored pencils for value. I have a box on them at every desk I'm at - even work. I use them alot in artwork as the base layer then go over with a more pigmented version. But, I've done 100% crayola as well. Recently bought this 100 pact - great value. Although mine was missing the Coral Reef color (you might want to check first) I still love the set. Recommend transfering to a different holder. This one is rather flimsy.
