They will give you 10 new colors over the 50 count pencil set but the other 40 are duplicates of the most popular colors. It did not say that on the website when I purchased it. It duplicates black, white, gray, brown - colors I don't normally use when I color. I was disappointed. I was wondering how they could come up with 50 new colors from the original set of 50. Now I know.

I ordered the Crayola Colored Pencils for a Christmas gift. I placed the order online, because I had originally gone to the store and there was none in stock. So when I ordered them online and was informed the pickup date would be 4-5 days later, I was not surprised. That evening, I received a notice that the item was ready for pickup. When I went to the store to pick up the Crayola pencils, it was relatively easy. My daughter in-law home schools, therefore, they will be a great for the grandbabies.

Crayola colored pencils are so much better than any off brand. You can use each pencil to get 2 different shades. One by lightly coloring and one by pushing hard. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the pencils seem to just be thrown in the box. The colors are not placed with like colors so you have to pick out all the blues, for example, to really determine which one you want to use. As far as multiple pencils of the same color, I couldn't tell you. I haven't ran across any yet. Some of the colors are extremely similar once you start coloring with them, but they are labeled as different colors. I cannot compare these to any professional brand because I have never used a professional brand. For the price, I would highly suggest buying Crayola.

Once I opened the colored pencils I noticed there was only 1 yellow when the package said there was more so that made me want to make sure they gave me all the colors that the box said. And I didnt!! No metallic colors and the colors I was supposed to get 1 of I got 2 of. The ones I was supposed to get 2 of I only got 1. Crayola was no help luckily walmart gave me my money back

I LOVE Crayola brand for art supplies, rarely do I buy any other brand. I was a little disappointed with this particular box of pencils though, but that's only because nowhere in the info does it say anything about repeated colors... so you actually only get 60 colors

Was not sure what the quality would be because they are not professional colored pencils. But I am glad I purchased them. The colors are vibrant and realistic. Good drawing quality. I for sure would recommend them. I trust the CRAYOLA BRAND. That is why I gave them a try. I am soooo glad I did!

I was using a different brand then got some Crayola's which made me want more colors so I ordered these. The color selections are good, with a few metallics included. There are 60 different colors and 40 extras. The extras are mostly good picks. It would have been nice if there were more different colors and less repeats. But, I am satisfied with the smoothness and variety. These are great for stress relieving coloring!

They suck, half the colors dont match the colors on the box and they break so easily. They are not good for coloring. Don't buy these

I bought an adult coloring book right before the pandemic broke out. These colored pencils have made a huge difference in how my artwork has turned out. It has helped to pass the time while stuck at home.

I bought these to go along with an adult coloring book filled with flowers. I thought having 100 different colors was the perfect addition to this gift. I love how many color variations the box offers.
