Extremely happy with this purchase. Didn't know what to expect. Built to put together very easy and built to last. Most things were but today are cheap. Can't say this here.

I would highly recommend purchasing this Cat House. It was easy to put together an it looks just like the picture. We bought this house for my outdoor cat to protect her from the cold weather. It has flaps you can add to cover the two entrances. Great buy!

The Measurement description is not correct, they have it as 21.80 x 19.10 x 20.20. I purchased a bed to fit that size but it was to big for the house I went on those measurement. After putting the house together I re measured and it is more lie 18.5 x 18.5 x 20. So now i have to get a new bed to fit that size, Iam a little disappointed.

The house is small, but cats like confined spaces. It was fairly easy to assemble with only one hole not quite lining up but I managed to insert the supplied screw. My only complaint is there needs to be more of an overhang on the side of the house with the escape hole. Rain does seem to get into the house from that side when the rainstorm is accompanied by moderate wind.

It arrived with missing screws. Instructions claims it only needs 4 of two different kinds, but it actually needs 8 of one and 4 of the other. Apparently they thing I should only put the house together halfway. Now I have to wait goodness knows how long for the company to get in touch with me to decide if they're going send them to me or not, and then even longer if they do decide to send them finally. We're at -4F here tonight. I bought this to shelter a poor feral cat but can't put it together because of the missing parts. Guess she will have to wait several weeks for that cat house. These are custom made plastic screws from the manufacturer and I can't find regular screws to fit it.

Overall, this is a wonderful house for feral cats. Mine took to the 2 we bought right away. This house is sturdy, stylish, and so easy to assemble. Love that it's elevated. My only complaint is not having a place to run the cord for a heated bed. We draped the cord through the side access flap but a removable piece, like a plug, would be a great idea. Otherwise, drilling a hole is the only other solution.

Loved the two outside cat houses, would buy again, very nice. Donna
