Gamechanger for outdoor workouts!

These absolutely rocked my world, when I could listen to my music or podcast AND hear every approaching car and the birds singing the vineyards! The sound quality is somewhat muffled, but I will gladly take the tradeoff. Phone quality is superb on both ends.

Totally Suprised

I had my doubts about bone conduction headphones, but I decided to try them after a friend of mine told me how much she liked hers. I got the OpenRun Pro mini. This was a great purchase. I was totally surprised about how I could hear my music clearly while still being aware of my surroundings. I just completed a marathon with them. I like the fact that I can put them around my neck when I do not need them during a workout. All of my phone calls come through clearly. I have used them everyday since I purchased them.

Definately Worth It

I bought these for running and they are so great. I often go on trail runs and being able to hear nature (such as a squirrel sprinting away) or be aware of other people is awesome. Sound quality is pretty good too. Not the best for just casual wear, but when doing things like running, it is more than enough. Can be hard to hear music or podcasts if traffick is too loud, but that is the crux of an open-ear design.

First time customer - I

First time customer - I run a lot of country roads with traffic and switched from using Apple Airpods to the OpenRun Pro for safety. Sound quality is good and the volume is easy to adjust - only thing I would update is the sensitivity on the pause/skip forward and back button. It sometimes doesn't register 3 clicks to go back.

Shokz pro

I have should have purchased these instead of those cheap phony ones that were supposed to be rated the best. I am very happy with these headphones. I had a cheap set of headphones, that died after the 30 day warranty. I like the controls that are on the headphones, and I like the sound very much.

I love how they dont

I love how they dont go in your ear and you can hear people talk to you. I wear at work and they last all day. They are comfortable, I hardly know I have them on. Ear buds I was always afraid if losing them if riding a bike or bending over. Not with these, I am safe. These are the best Ive ever had.

Open run pro minis

Wish there was a button to control music on right side instead left.. Otherwise love em - I got two and m wearing one of em at all times! I forget I have em on, they're so comfortable. Great sound quality. Wish they could go a tad louder but otherwise I love em! Get the minis tho! The pros have too much in the back sticking out

I only give this three

I only give this three stars because although it has its practical use of being able to listen through the headphones while also being able to hear what's going on around you. However, you cannot turn the volume up past a certain medium/low level because any louder causes an annoying vibration against the contact area next to your ear. Listening to talking such as a podcast or your navigation is great, but you cannot enjoy music. I would recommend sticking to in ear buds if that is why you want earphones.

Disappointing

A completely disappointing pair of "Pro" headphones. The original OpenRun headphones are absolutely amazing, but the Pro version are a downgrade that cost more. The Pro version aren't as loud, a little bit of sweat messes with the microphone on phone calls, and the play/pause button isn't always receptive. I've been using Shokz headphones for a few years now, and on average, wear them for 16 hours a day. I won't be buying another Pro version, but will gladly go back to the original OpenRun.

Perfect!

Love, love, love! I never wore headphones before Shokz because I hated the feeling of being deaf to the rest of the world, and earbuds never stayed in my ears. I’ve taken these out on runs, to work, the gym, grocery store- perfect for all occasions. The only weird thing is feeling my skin vibrate and tickle if my volume is all the way up, but that’s manageable.
