Fantastic, they stay put and function as advertised. I can turn the volume on full if I want to drown out other people but then the head set tends to vibrate. I use them biking and indoor climbing. I can hear cars approaching without interrupting my music. I wear them at work and can talk to my colleagues without them knowing I’m listening to music at the same time, to be polite I’ll tell them that I’m turning off my music while and they are surprised that I had music playing and yet was able to carry on a conversation. I can’t wear buds they are totally uncomfortable. At home I have over the ear headphones that are noise reduction and extremely comfortable

So Ive actually had these headphones for 2 years, but after recent events I had to go back to write a review. I misplaced my headphones last summer, and recently found them BURIED IN MY GARDEN. Better yet, they still work perfectly, having survived through dirt, rain, snow etc of a Canadian winter - Im talking -35C I have sensory issues and really like that these dont cut ambient noise, it sounds like theres a speaker playing in the room, but I can still hear people talking to me etc. Perfect for work, exercise, walking my dog, anything. I dont love things inside my ears but over ear headphones get too hot/uncomfortable, so these bone conduction style is perfect and stay on comfortably all day. Not top notch sound quality so likely not for true audiophiles but are incredibly functional for day to day casual use

These are a game changer. I'm an attorney and I've been using the OpenRun Pro for a few months now at the office. The multipoint pairing allows me to connect to both my computer and my phone. I use these to attend Zoom hearings and depositions frequently and everyone can hear me more clearly than with any other corded headset or webcam mic I've used in the past - and I've tried more than a few! I take phone calls all day long with no problems. The sound quality and mic quality are impeccable. I don't even know how the mic works - I guess it's also bone conduction because there's no boom or anything - it's like magic! I can listen to music while I work and still hear someone softly knocking or tapping on my door. I took a chance on these and I'm glad I did. Definitely worth the hefty price tag. Highly recommend.

This is my 2nd pair of jawbone conducting headphones. I originally went with another company, their headphones were ok, did the job but were uncomfortable to wear for very long, the sound quality was ok but not great, they were functional. However, the OpenRun Pro headphones are everything I wanted in my first pair! The sound is surprisingly high quality, you can hear the full range of sound and the highs, lows, bass, all of it! They are much more comfortable to wear, they don't press on my head as tightly but still stay in place as I workout or do housework. I can still hear my surroundings and and when my family is trying to get my attention, which is up to you if that is a plus. I have had them for a month now and very happy with the purchase!

I only give this three stars because although it has its practical use of being able to listen through the headphones while also being able to hear what's going on around you. However, you cannot turn the volume up past a certain medium/low level because any louder causes an annoying vibration against the contact area next to your ear. Listening to talking such as a podcast or your navigation is great, but you cannot enjoy music. I would recommend sticking to in ear buds if that is why you want earphones.

I have 5 pairs of shocks, 1 open run pro mini, 2 aeropex mini's, 2 open swim and I also have most of my coworkers purchasing their own for work. Will I continue buying these... Yes. The Open run pro's tho have one flaw and thats the heavy feel of hard plastic on the temple, where the aeropex have more of a soft texture plastic or rubber over lay, I don't know but there is a difference and if the open run pro's had that softer temple feel and slightly shorter. I recommended making open swim mini's and yeah well 4 stars because it definitely is worth buying if you've never had a pair.

First pair we bought was like 8 years ago at a RunDisney expo. We now have like 6 pairs. For home, exercise and older ones for like yard work and such. Love the fact that they have great sound but you can still hear the world around you. It’s also great not to have your ears hurt and collect dripping sweat (I know gross)

These headphones are my third set of Shokz I have owned. I have to say the two features that drew me to them instantly was the color and the improved magnetic charging connection. I have long thought that beige colored phones would be really advantageous as they tend to disappear against my skin coloring. I often prefer to wear phones without them being noticed. Sometimes I don’t even have them in use so I like them to go unnoticed and this new color just does the trick. I also like the charging connection because it eliminates the little rubber cover on my previous models. On one set the rubber has stretched and it will no long stay closed. My only concern is now the charging cable is a proprietary connector which is not as ubiquitous as the mini USB connectors in previous models. I hope that Shokz makes that cable available as an accessory so I can have a few of them in various places to avoid be away from charging capability anywhere I travel.

Excellent quality sound and stay in place on your head through the most rigorous workouts. Highly recommend. Great for casual wear so you have situational awareness in your every day routine and work. 2 things that can't be helped but should be considered; 1. The band that wraps around the head can be annoying while laying down or sitting in high backed chairs, 2. Gyms can be really loud and often have music playing in the background. This can be distracting and take away from your music. I love these on runs, group workouts, crossfit workouts, daily office work, and getting through places like the airport.

I like that i am able to listen to music without blocking the world around me. Specially when I go to the gym or for a walk. My husband is the one who convinced me I needed this. He has a pair for a year now and loves them! The only think I wish I could use them for my occasional Zoom calls.
