Purchased this AC a few days again and very pleased with the results. Summer is coming hot this year and I definitley started to feel it in my office. Installation was very simple, which was great because i wanted a quick cool air. As soon as i turned it on i immediately felt the cool air.

Very pleased. Workmanship and appearance of unit is outstanding. Installation was very easy and quick. Put unit in my Den which was 86 degrees at time of installation. Within 3 hours unit had pulled the temperature down to 77 degrees. Outside temperature was 96 degrees with heat index of 105 degrees. Den temperature is getting quite comfortable. I installed the unit by myself and I am 72 years old.

My attic bedroom that's used for a office/craft room was a sweltering 90 degrees. After we got it installed a turned it on it cooled off in less than 5 minutes. I have a Canary and Nest sensor to let me know the temperature and humidity. They both showed the same. I'm more than pleased.

I bought the unit primarily for emergency use when we are on generator power. Checked it out, ran it to be certain that it performed as expected and it works well. It cools beautifully and quietly. The fact that it is energy efficient is a big plus.

I bought this a week ago. Just came in on Monday. Have installed in the window. Doing a pretty good job keeping it cool. Went into window fairly easy. The plastic fan flaps on the side are sorta cheaply made. But we just taped it to the window. The only thing I dont like is everytime you turn it off, it loses the settings it was set on. I dont care for the energy savings. But other than that it's pretty much does the job!!!

I have been without any A/C in my house in Northwest Florida (average temp 90) for 4 days because of outside unit problems. I only had fans trying to keep cool. When I would leave in the morning, the house temp was 86-88 when I came home it would be 90-93. I installed this unit and within an hour the inside temp had gone from 93 down to 88 and was still declining when I went to bed. I would very very highly recommend.

I bought this 12,000 btu window A/C unit for my tiny house. My house is 440 square foot and two separate rooms including a small bathroom..... This unit does the job! I live in Florida and our weather for summer is humid(wet) heat and since using this unit, I've not had ANY problems enjoying my beautiful tiny house!

We bought this unit to replace an older smaller A/C unit from another company which wasn't cooling like it had in the past. This new unit is really quiet and seems to fit our needs better than our older unit. We have this unit in our bedroom and besides being quiet, the remote comes in handy when adjusting temperature too.

I purchased this a/c unit about 4 days ago. It cools very good. There are 3 things that would make this unit better, in my opinion: 1. the digital should be a little larger, 2. when using the "delay" button it would be nice if it was in 1/2 hour increments verses 1 hour, and 3 and MOST... The unit should stay on the cooling mode that you have it set on even if you turn it off or use delay button. Everytime you turn the unit off it resets to the default setting of "energy saver mode."

I just bought this and placed it in my dinning room. It cools so well that we aren't having to use the one in our living room, which means less noise and no cold air blowing directly on us. This thing cools very good and is actually quieter than other units we have.
