I bought this brand from Costco previously. It is a great hair shampoo %26 conditioner. My hair is strengthened after use. My hair has less breakages. I love it. Since Costco no longer carries this brand, I found this at Walmart. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

This shampoo & conditioner work great at keeping my locks shiny and smelling fresh for days before the next hair wash. It also helps with my dry scalp without making my hair feel oily. I would make a repeat purchase except I would buy in person. I had it shipped out twice and both times the shampoo bottle had busted open on the top seam during shipment and left a mess in the box that also leaked to the outside. I wish it would come packaged individually with bubble wrap because they are wrapped together as a set and I’m sure that’s why it gets busted open from banging on each other during shipment. I would definitely recommend this because it’s a dupe for the Moroccanoil shampoo & conditioner at a much better price point.

This shampoo and conditioner is one of the best I have used in years. It allows my natural curly hair to be soft and without product. Very much recommended!

Really gets the hair clear, smooth and shiny. It also smells really nice too. I love the ingredients and that these products are salon quality. My hair is soft and detangled. It is also not frizzy anymore either. I really like the Argan Oil this product uses. I have no complaints about this combo. It is a great deal to purchase it at Sam's Club. When I run out I will order more. Highly recommended shampoo and conditioner.

Great shampoo and condition

I love this shampoo/conditioner and have been using it for at least 5 years. This last time I received the shampoo/conditioner the shampoo bottle was smashed and the shampoo was leaking in the container it was shipped in. The pump wouldn’t work right. Luckily I hadn’t finished my current bottle, but decided to poor as much as I could of the broken plastic bottle into it.

The shampoo and conditioner are great, but it always arrives damaged and leaking everywhere. I have ordered multiple times and it is the same every time. Last time it got all over my items shipped in the same box. I would have had to take everything to UPS or FedEx to return it, so I just kept it even though 1/3 of the bottle of shampoo was gone. I will not order it delivered again and it is not available in the club.

Bottle cracked

The bottles are really pretty… but the shampoo is thicker than honey, smells fine, the conditioner is a little thin. The effects on my hair- well, the herbal essences I was using last made my hair look better. This seems to bring out the ugly under shades of my hair, and my ends are brittle and stiff after using.

Sam's Club shipping practices for liquids needs to be better. Shipped six units for the order and there was not internal packing to protect the product. The bottles 'bounced' around in the box, in transit, and four bottles were damaged to the extent they leaked completely into the shipping box. Needless to say, it was a mess upon opening the box. This is the second order. The first order was returned to Sam's Club by FedEx, and not delivered, because the package was leaking.
