The yolks are a beautiful sunny yellow and the taste reminds of how an egg tasted when I was a little girl, how an egg should taste. No other can compare to an England egg!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an egg lover and have tried many brands. When egg prices soared, I bought a lower price brand but returned to Eggland's Best. The yokes in Eggland's Best are rich yellow compared to others and you can taste the difference. My choice will always be Eggland's Best.

When I have a choice i get Eggland's Cage Free or regular eggs to stock our fridge. Eggs are not usually our go-to breakfast, but we eat them often for lunch (omelet or sandwich), and we have bacon quiche about once a week for dinner. I know what I'm buying when eggs have the EB stamp on them. Store brand may be okay, but I feel better buying and serving EB. Great source of protein.

I will say Eggland's Best eggs are the best. One week ago I bought a different brand that stated they were free range hens. After cracking the first egg I could tell the York was not bright, seem to taste a little different and did not scramble like I thought they EB eggs. I will never buy a different brand again. Lesson learned. Eggland's Best Eggs are truly the Best Eggs.

As someone who has spent decades mastering egg recipes, I'm very disappointed in the recent change in the quality of the product. I've sworn by Eggland's best for years, but over the last year, the number of times I've had to "fish" egg shells out of my pan is professionally unreasonable as a chef and personally unforgivable as a consumer. I understand that recent events including a bird flu and a detrimental administration have put pressure on profits, but selling sub-par products- hoping people would not notice the "shrink-flation" or quality "corner-cuts", is not going to gain the same profit margin you expect.

When other eggs fail to measure up in a recipe, Eggland's stands out. These eggs are the best of the best because you get the right size to bake cookies or cakes. Other brands claim to have large eggs, but they measure as medium. I don't have to add water to make up the difference. Eggland Classic Eggs are the right item for the recipe.

I remember back in the day when my father started buying Egglands Best eggs. I was surprised because he was very frugal and they cost more than the store brand eggs. I asked him about it , he said try them. I tried them and was amazed how much better they taste. Now every time I eat Egglands Best I think about my father.
