No odor, let expand for a few days on both sides to even out the corners, fell asleep within moments of testing for firmness and warmth. I may go with a mattress protector that offers a cool top if it sleeps warm later on.

This product was very easy to set up and well packaged. It is soft yet firm and supportive. I would recommend this mattress to anyone in need now and/or on a budget. Overall I am very pleased with this mattress and would buy it again.

We purchased this mattress in August of last year. The first couple of months were fine. By February my husband was at the chiropractor getting back adjustments. A few months later, in June, I was at my chiropractor's three times due to lower back pain. Both doctors emphatically stated we need a new mattress. The mattress has permanent divets where our bodies lie. The degree in which it sags is very noticeable to the eye and when laying down. We have had this mattress for less than a year and we have to go hunting again.

Like the fact that I could haul this mattress in a box home 100 miles from my Sam's Club... Easy set up mattress packed well , even has a rolling box. Beware the King weighs almost 100 lbs. Still much lighter than the bulky mattress I removed... time will tell on the comfort and durability, but with the warranty I figure nothing to risk...

Very good mattress! I bought this mattress this week. It is on the FIRM side 10inch. It is memory foam, it very comfortable to sleep on it, for the past one weeks that I have been using it, the result I wake up in the morning with no back pain. I recommend this matter for those who suffers from back pain.

This is my first time owning a memory foam gel mattress. I was concerned because I am a heavyset person and when I tried them in the store it was difficult to move around. I decided to take a chance and I am so glad I did. I always had back pain and for the first time in a long time I woke up pain free. I would definitely recommend this mattress. It takes some getting used to but I love the way the bed molds to my body!

We purchased a mattress for ourselves and bought two more for our kids. They are very comfortable, easy to handle, have zero smell, don't have all the bad chemicals and we're priced right! My kids finally sleep like they do when they crawl in bed with us!

I bought a serta mattress for my son's room a little over a year ago and while i was flipping the mattress i noticed that some of the seam on the bottom side of the mattress is coming out and so is the filling. Expected more from serta. The overall comfort is satisfying for the price.

The base itself is really nice. It's quiet and moves smoothly. The zero gravity setting is great, really takes the pressure off your back. However I do have one complaint. The base only has one bar at the bottom to keep the mattress from sliding while the bed is in motion. Well after sleeping on it for several weeks now, I realize that it also needs a bar on the side at the top,or maybe at the corners to keep the split mattresses from sliding apart especially during those intimate times. We had a good laugh at first, but now we're just frustrated. I hope Serta will find a solution to offer owners for this problem with their adjustable bases.

I needed an additional bed to put in our spare bedroom for when my husband is snoring too loudly. This bed is softer than our queen bed and I fall asleep easily and stay asleep. This bed may have literally saved my marriage. I was finally getting quality sleep!
