Mattress was folded, rolled, and squished into a small box. Has been several weeks and it never recovered. Uneven, wavy, corners still slightly deformed. Depending what spot you sleep on the bed it feels different . Mattress cover never fully filled out. Smashed and deformed to the point I could not sleep on it the first couple of nights. My third foam mattress and the only one that has not recovered from the packing/compression.

I bought four of these and three were wonderful. The fourth would never fill out. I have bought two more to replace that and all of them are curled and won't unfold. So disappointing when you buy it and drive it 3 hours only to find out for the third time that it is no good!

Our mattress was long overdue for replacement. Spent weeks researching mattresses. Almost bought a similar mattress from a local mattress retailer that cost 3 times as much. Best sleep we have had in a long time. It is firm but that's what we wanted. Edge support is better than most other memory foam beds. Inflated in a few hours but was a bit soft the first night. It firmed up by the second night. Very pleased with our purchase.

My husband unexpectedly had open heart surgery and the mattress was delivered when he was in ICU. When I came home to rest I found that the mattress was all set-up by my step-dad who was shocked at how easy it was. From the first night, I felt how comfortable, yet firm at the same time, it is. It felt so good to come home after a long day at the hospital and sleep in my new comfortable bed. My husband wanted to order a Serta mattress because he trust the quality of the brand and I am so glad we chose your gel foam mattress.

I have never reviewed a product before but a mattress is such a personal expensive investment!! This has been so nice to have a great night sleep that relieved the majority of my back pain!! I have had a traditional mattress from Serta before for my son and that was great too!! My only con would be for others to know is that the edge support is not like traditional mattresses. It has improved in the 10 days that I have had the mattress but I knew to expect this with a memory foam mattress! I toyed with buying a nectar mattress but the excellent price and being a previous Serta customer I made the right choice!!

Went to the actual Sam's store and bought 2 twin size mattresses for the kids room. I did sleep on it for 3 nights in a row until our king mattress arrived and I'd have to say it was comfy and supportive and not too firm. Also was 7 months pregnant at the time and didn't wake up with sore bones or aches!

I've only had it for a week, but I'm sleeping better and am less stiff in the morning. Better support than my previous mattress.

I slept so much better with this mattress. It is extremely comfortable. I love it! I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
