The mattress is firm, but very comfortable. This is our first Serta mattress. My daughter has one and is enjoying good night sleeps. Based on her recommendation, we purchased ours and would recommend it to others

box is on wheels, very easy to get in car, put on bed and roll out, releases to form almost instantly. very comfortable, good mattress would buy another when needed.

Easy to set up, great value, didn't have any odor that needed airing, slept great from day one! We replaced our all foam mattress with this gel/ foam and are so glad we did!

This might be a good mattress for a guestroom, but the sides are soft and give way easily. I would recommend buying a better mattress, which may be more expensive to start with.

Bought this mattress for my toddler who was transitioning from his crib to a “big boy bed”. Was a little skeptical of a bed in a box and while it was expanding. But it was well worth it. It's very comfortable. Would buy again!!

It is incredibly soft and soooo comfy. I love the memory foam, which makes me feel like I'm slowly sinking asleep. Overall I love this product and would totally recommend it to others!

My back has been killing me. This thing is way too firm. The 20+ year old tempur-pedic I had previously never hurt my back this bad. Even my dreams were telling me to return it. You know it's bad when your subconscious is saying it too!

The mattress itself is nice but when it states firm, that is an under statement. If you're looking for an extremely firm mattress, then this is it. We put the 4 inch foam topper from Serta and it's still too firm.
