Easy to set up. Slept on it the same night as opened it. It did get firmer and expanded more from that first opening over the next days which was perfect cause we wanted something medium firmness level. This bed fits the bill! Good quality and we sleep great on it!

We bought this mattress for our guest bedroom, and it has been a hit. We almost love it more than our king size Serta mattress. If you're considering this mattress, I highly recommend it without hesitation. Just beware of the when you may need it because the mattress took a month longer than anticipated to arrive.

Luxurious deep beds. I bought these to replace mattresses on a houseboat. The beds on the boat were a little smaller then full size so I had to cut the mattresses to fit with an electric knife. Custom boat beds are very expensive and this was a great economical option.

The mattress arrived quicker than we expected. Unlike the boxes in the store, the King size that was shipped did not have wheels on the box. We got the California King to replace a waterbed mattress that began to leak. The mattress fit perfectly in the existing bed frame and is quite comfortable. I will say, you need to really pay attention to the instructions that tell you to have the mattress in place before cutting the plastic wrapper/bag open. You also need to be ready to remove that bag as fast as you can because the mattress expands to full size almost instantly.

Have only had a couple of weeks but found this very easy to set up, (delivered to my door), fully filled out with no crimped spots and nicely firm without feeling like a board next to your skin. With the gel foam, it also doesn't make you feel warm or sweaty in the night. Also there was absolutely no chemical odor as I've read reviews online with other memory foam mattresses. Was a great comparable price for same quality to all the different local mattress companies and Serta is a name which will stand by its product with 10 year warranty. The only thing I would have liked better is if Sam's who I bought it through, would have provided a model in the store to test and even further provide the ability to buy it in their club locations. I always get somewhat nervous buying anything sight unseen online.

Setting up my seasonal home, I purchased a twin mattress as trial while awaiting delivery of adjustable bed. Very happy with density, support and edge support. Does not sink in when sitting on edge of bed - that was important to me. Not as cooling as I'd hoped, but I don't find it to be overly hot, either. Described as medium firmness, but is quite firm. I was happy enough with the support and comfort that I purchased in king and queen sizes. I anticipate they will hold up for many years. I have slept on a Tempur Pedic for the last 15 years, foam mattresses are not new to me. Best part is the mattresses unroll to full size almost immediately, no odor and can be slept on same day received. I give these mattress an A+.

I ordered this quite a while ago, but just got it on the bed this weekend. I had decided to replace my other mattress because it had gotten worn and too soft. I know I will have an adjustment, but this one is liking sleeping on the ground in comparison. I remain optimistic. I was pleasantly surprised, however, that it took less than 2 hours to fluff up and just about that long for the odor to dissipate. I am giving a "no" to the recommendation simply because it is so very, very firm right now, but may come back later with a retraction.

I bought this queen mattress for my guest bed, and now I sleep in the guest bed more than my own. When I sleep in the guest bed, I sleep solidly through the whole night with no morning back pain, hip pain, or shoulder pain. Why didn't I try this thing ealier? Be sure to allow a couple of days for the mattress to "air out." The foam has an odor, but the odor dissipates over time. My next purchase will be a king size Serta Sleep To Go mattress for my bed!!!!

My expectations from reading other reviews was that this mattress would be on the firm side, but it was too soft and gave me backaches. After a few weeks of hoping it might work out, I returned it for something firmer and am sleeping much better. I am male 6'3, 185 lbs. Thank you Sam's and Serta for handling the return and the very helpful trial period policy.

You never know with buying something like this over the Internet, so I was worried the mattress wouldn't meet my expectations. I'm happy to say, however, I'm pleased with my purchase. The mattress is firm enough to stave off back issues and is quite comfortable. It came with a tool to cut the mattress from the plastic wrap, which was helpful. I unwrapped the mattress in the morning to allow the smell to air out, and slept on it that night without any particular issue.
