I bought this mattress to replace a mattress in my RV. It is many times better than the old RV mattress. I was limited inn the height of the mattress I could use. I like the firmness of the mattress. My wife prefers a little softer. But I love the feel and I sleep very well on it.

Matress was not as comfy as expected which i hate because its in the spare bedroom. I slept on it a few days to try to " break it in" before my company arrived an no luck. Im sure I'll be purchasing another mattress in the future, but not online again.

We bought this mattress for our guest room since it will not be slept in on a daily basis. It's worth every $. I've slept on it a few times and its soft and comfortable. It was a great investment. Our bed is full size and we added a mattress topper for extra comfort and protection. We had it delivered and it was so convenient to just open the box and set it on the bed.

This bed is firm. I love it. When you crawl on it, it doesn't give. But once you lay on it, it molds you your body just right and gives you all the support. I am sleeping the best I have in years. I hope it holds up. Also, it does have a smell (to me in smells like bowling alley). I am on week 2 of it. It does smell less than it did last week. I am hoping with each week it smells less and less. It isn't the best smell but I don't notice it while I'm sleeping and I didn't air it out (I put it right in a mattress bag protector and then let it pop up).

Some reviews I had looked at said this mattress was soft, some said it was hard, others that it was just right. Reminds me of Goldilocks. Well let me tell you it's as hard as a rock. When you lay on it no part of you sinks in at all. I was hesitant about buying a mattress online because you can't feel it and I was right. Never again.

Great Mattress! Just as comfortable, if not more than our $2,000 mattress. Got it for our spare room but ended up sleeping on it myself after surgery since the bedframe we have in there is lower to the ground. Its very comfortable, i actually want to sleep on it all the time now.

There is a bad crease in the center of this mattress that will not straighten out. When it aired up during the opening process; it unfolded improperly. The mattress foam is great but you can't even tuck in the sheets because the sides of the mattered are curled upward. I love Serra but disappointed with this scenario.

This is a replacement for a traditional memory foam mattress. It was easy to open, and quick to jump up to its full size. The house has been remodeled since our original mattress was brought it. We had to cut that one up to remove it. The bed in the box concept was an easy sell for this situation. It was instantly comfortable. Time will tell. I hope it holds up. For the money, it solved a big problem.

We have only had the bed about a month and we are very happy with the purchase. This is a FIRM bed. I did have to purchase a topper cause it was a little to firm for me. My husband likes firm but again just. Little to firm for me. We also purchased a Zinus 9" platform bed . Easy to put together...the bed is a little low to the ground since the mattress is only 10" but it makes it easier for my husband who is handicapped.

Took an advantage on the promotion of $100 off. Originally decided to put it in the guest room but my 12 years-old wants it since the mattress sooooo comfy. Got to switch her old memory foam mattress to guest room instead! Great value on this purchase!!
