Affordable effective soap

The seventh generation dish soap is affordable, effective at grease removal, and a clean, natural scented soap. Often, on sale doesn't take a lot of product for ample suds.

Awesome better dish soap

I love the 7th generation dish soap. It's lightly fragrance. Suds well, not a lot needed to clean all dishes. Good at removing grease and foods. These are priced well but can often get on sell. However certain scents are hard to find in store.

Highly effective

This dish soap has the best lather and texture. I clean a lot of dishes and it doesn't irritate my skin. It's very effective at removing stubborn grease!

Great Natural Detergent!

I've slowly been trying to switch to all natural cleaning products and while hesitant at first whether this dish soap would work as well as some other brands I've used, this far exceeds my expectations! It washes my dishes beautifully and I love knowing I'm not leaving any kind of harmful residue on my dishes. To boot, the smell is fantastic! Makes me not mind doing dishes as much!

Smaller bottle = more plastic

SG has shrunk the size of the bottle to a ridiculously small amount - 19 oz. I have a large family, and handwash everything. So now with the smaller bottles, that means more bottles, which is more plastic waste, more fuel burned for delivery, more impact to the environment. So now I will look for another dish soap. Most people who buy dish soap are not going to use one bottle over their entire life. They will used hundreds of bottles, if not more. You should be making GIANT size bottles to reduce plastic waste and reduce environmental impact. Remember surface area is x^2, volume is x^3. Less plastic also means more profit for your company. I don't know why you chose the smaller bottles, it makes no sense from either an environmental standpoint or business standpoint.

Finally, a great dishwash soap!!!

I had read reviews about this product but just recently tried it. This is such a remarkable product and the smell is fabulous (lemongrass & clementine zest). I don't have a dishwasher, never have, so I know quality dishwashing liquid. I'm just so glad that I finally purchased it. Won't be going back to the old ones.

Better then Dawn

The first time I got this, I expected it to not work very well, but wanted something better for the environment, so I bought it reluctantly. I was *shocked* it actually worked BETTER then any other product I've used! I had a bottle of back-up dishing washing liquid, in case this one didn't cut it, but I returned the other product and only the 7th generation free & clear now. BONUS: Walmart sells it cheaper then anyone else even with a $1 off coupon!!

Disappointed, smaller bottles use more plastic

We have been buying SG for years. The rationales we are reading here for the smaller bottle at the same price are disappointing and feel dishonest. Smaller bottles mean MORE waste. This feels like it goes against your stated ethics and feels like a longabout way to raise prices. I think it's time to start looking for other products.

Clean and not smelly!

As a lifelong user of Dawn dish soap, I was exceedingly wary of changing. However, the scent of the hand-saving Dawn would linger on my dishes, and it was too much for me. I tried this a few weeks ago, and have since bought a second bottle, because it works SO WELL. The dishes are literally squeaky clean, it foams well, and it leaves no scent at all on my dishes! Honestly, I could not be happier with a dish soap.

Plant based

As a mom, I'm very mindful of what I use to clean my baby's bottles, dishes, and utensils. I want something that's safe, effective, and free of harsh chemicals. Seventh Generation Dish Soap has been a perfect choice for our family. It's made with plant-based ingredients, free from dyes, synthetic fragrances, and phosphates, which makes me feel confident about using it on anything my baby touches. It cleans really well, cutting through grease and milk residue without leaving any strong odors or chemical traces. I also love that it's gentle on my hands and environmentally friendly. Knowing I'm using a product that's safe for my baby and kind to the planet is a win-win. If you're a parent looking for a safer option, I highly recommend Seventh Generation Dish Soap!
