I really am attached to this dish liquid for hand washing dishes. It cleans effectively without harming the skin on my hands. Most dish liquids are far too harsh for my skin. I simply don't want to put on gloves every time I wash a dish or two, so I appreciate having that choice. It does not have any scent, which I generally prefer for daily use. It is better for the environment than typical dish liquids, and works better than any other more natural dish detergent I have tried.

Great for cleaning home brewing equipment, cast iron pans & deep fryer I needed a fragrance free dish soap to clean my carboys, buckets, vacuum breaks, racking cane and the like. Seventh Generation Free & Clear was the only one that I found that was fragrance free, so I gave it a shot. Works great cleaning everything with little or no residue and doesn't leave any odder on any of the plastic equipment. I also use it on cast iron pans and our deep fryer as well. Dawn leaves an aroma on the pans and in the deep fryer that ends up in the food. Don't have this issue with Seventh Generation Free & Clear.

I started using this product a couple of weeks ago because I wanted something gentle on my septic system, plus, it smells great. However, it cleans like it's watered down and its horrible on grease, which is weird because there are a number of reviews saying it's great on grease. Made the mistake of buying a couple of bottles at once.
