It has been very easy to use, change cartridges and love that it is wireless!! It is so nice not to have to hook my computer to the printer to print. The fax and copy features were also what I was looking for when I purchased this printer.

This printer is terrible. The wi-fi is unreliable,it uses too much ink and now with a software update it prints faint blue instead of black....Some of the problem could be 8.1..What a combination.

I am very disappointed with this printer, the overall quality of the printing is good but the amount of ink the printer goes through leaves me with a horrible taste for this printer. I needed to print a report and although the black cartridge was brand new the printer would not print as magenta was empty. This printer would be a great product if it had the option of printing in black and white.

EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE OK EXCEPT AT VERY CRITICAL TIME IN SETTING UP THE UNIT, IT WAS NOT SHIPPED WITH THE INK CARTRIDGES. WAS IN THE PROCESS OF SCANNING AND EMAILING A SALES CONTRACT ON PROPERTY AND NO INK TO SET IT UP. SOMEONE GOOFED. I WOULD STILL LIKE TO HAVE THE INK. THE PURCHASE OF INK IS ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE PRINTER COST. SO FAR IT IS WORKING JUST FINE.

this was a replacement for a printer that I did love and had for over 5 years that I lose in superstorm sandy I was a little hesitant to go to Epson but I had purchased one for my dad and he had no complaints so I decided what could happen I don't like I return it. well I love it, it prints great the fax is perfect for what I need it for copying and scanning is very simple I am no computer genius but this made it all so easy. I already have recommend to a friend and she now has one the only thing I have not use it for is pictures yet but that will be my next adventure. Very easy to set up and use for us folks who are just starting with this new age. LOVE LOVE LOVE

I purchased this printer, copier, scanner, and fax last week, and I am extremely satisfied with it. It was very easy to set up and to install.The quality of the prints and copies I have made is excellent. Very good quality machine for a very goodprice.

I just bougjht this thing and there are no paper jams ( error received) and you can not copy scan fax or anything. Yes I read the manual and followed all instrutions. I do not want to be rude, I just would not recommend this printer to anyone. Thank you for listening. I never planned to have to spend several hours trouble shooting this machine the second day I owned it.

Nice small footprint with lots of features. Just got it so no opinion on durability etc.. Price was right and had all of the features I wanted, plus. Print quality is excellent and print speed was sufficient for home use. Easy to set up and share with multiple computers in my home.

It's just like it say all in one and very easy to set up perfect thank you.

to this point I am very pleased with the ease at which I can use this printer
