I have dairy, gluten and soy allergies and have been drinking Califia Farms unsweetened almond milk for a long time. Decided to give their unsweetened oat milk a try, so glad I did because it tastes to good! I also love that there are no added gums or stabilizers and gluten free. It’s a nice change up from almond milk.

The texture is very light. The taste of oat is subtle. It feels like I am tasting mostly the sunflower oil. It's not too sweet but I wish there is less or no added sugar in it. It's tasty enough to drink it baby itself but hard to use it with coffee. It makes nice smoothies.

It was creamier than their non-creamy options but less creamy than other oatmilks I've tried. The flavor was good and a little oatier than other milks. The ingredients weren't the greatest with some additives and sunflower oil but it was much less than some other popular oatmilk brands. It probably wouldn't be my first choice for oatmilk but definitely a second if my favorite brand isn't available.

I also like the container and the length of time this lasts in the fridge. If you don't use milk often enough this is a much better alternative since it has a longer shelf life and works the same. I think you'll find you use it more often anyway since it tastes so good.

It Was really good when added to my morning coffee and delicious with overnight oats. . It was a bit hard to find in my stores, took me a few trips to find it but it was worth the wait. I use it when I have flavored coffee or add a flavored syrup and that helps. It is very creamy and froths beautifully for cappuccinos and fancy lattes. It's not too sweet so I typically add a sweetener. Overall, a good alternative to dairy-based creamers.

I must say it's pretty good. I normally don't go for plant based milk products because they tend to taste off but with this I have not had that issue.
