1/2 the lights do not work, need to return

These warm white lights are too much like a cool white..i returned them..but love that you get 200 on a reel for storage.

DO NOT BUY! Waste of money. Bought a strand in November 2023 and 100 bulbs out of 200 did not work this year (2025). Box literally says “For replacement parts, should you require replacement parts call 1-800-833-3390” so I did. Customer Service said they only have a one year warranty and that they no longer have bulbs in their warehouse for these because they change their bulbs EVERY YEAR! Why would you buy from a company that changes their Christmas bulbs every year and offer a ONE year warranty. So their one year warranty is really only good for the 4 weeks out of the year that you use them. I went to Sam's Club and bought one more strand of lights and guess what? Those bulbs (2025) work in the strand I bought in 2023. Go figure! So Energy Star has their customer service lie to people. Makes you wonder if they really want to honor a one year warranty to begin with. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE. PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE BUT THESE!

Do not buy these lights - there has to be a defect in them. I bought 12 of these in September when they first came out. I used them for outdoor lighting at my house in November (only on at night) and 6 of them have already burned out in sections. I have never had LED lights burn out this quickly and I spent a lot of time hanging them for the holidays.

These are probably a great set of lights for the price, but there is no warm golden hue. If you are looking for something to match your current warm lights, these are not them. In fact, they are actually a very cool white. It's too bad because now I have another chore of returning them.

I bought warm white and wish they came in 300 ft or more. The reel is nice, too.

The lights are a great addition to the tree.

three stars because they are not warm white, more white than warm white. All the other stores has the same "warm white" but Sam's is not "warm" at all.
