I'm writing a 1 star review because since when in all the yrs I have shopped here do you require us customers to purchase two in order to get a few bucks off it's always been purchase one to get a about $4-$6 off. Your product sizes keep getting smaller and the price is rising. We used to shop at Sam's club all the time because you got more for your buck….i don't see us renewing this yr.

Feel free to call me incompetent if you wish, as this may seem childish. I am not fussy on what soap I use and have been using the Dial that Sam's has sold in a large pump bottle for roughly the past 15 years and would still use it if still available. I decided to try the Dove as it was on sale. While the soap is perfectly fine, I cannot get past the way that they ruined things by using a "projectile pump". I have never shot soap on myself using the dial soap as purchased in the pump bottle. The Dove, however, has a pump that has irritated me more than a few times. After getting home from out of town for awhile, I go to wash my hands and the soap in tip slightly clumped and when it popped out it proceeded to shoot the soap out so fast that it ricochets off hand and all over my shirt. Later when in a hurry, I tried to gently push on pump and is seemed as if stuck and when it broke free, sure enough same issue. I moved it to shower as to avoid the potential issue again. This may seem like a non- issue as only need to gingerly and carefully push on pump with one hand while strategically holding hand such that fast moving soap does not fly where do not want it. I do not want to have to act as if handling a fragile piece that I do not want to destroy, I just wand some soap NOW! I do not want to have to dump a new bottle into a different dispenser to use it or need to replace or modify the pump spout to avoid issue. It is when in a hurry and running late that one has the issue as not thinking about something as simple as getting soap. I shall buy a different brand until I see a label stating they improved the pump to a no mess pump, which will never happen so too bad a good product ruined by poor packaging.

I have been using this product for a couple years now and love it so much. My husband now steals it from me so I have to buy double.
