BE CAREFUL especially if you have sensitive skin! This product definitely made my skin feel less dry for the first couple of days upon application, but after 1 week I developed super itchy, raised erythematous burning rashes all over my arms, thighs, and now on my stomach and neck. This is a no and needs to be reformulated or taken off the shelves if this many people are having this experience.

I actually loved this lotion when I first got it, used it for a few months and ordered a second bottle, suddenly I got very very itchy, mainly my legs and neck, but it is intensely itchy. I had recommended this to my mom bc I liked it so much, but the same thing happened to her. So strange!! I really did love it.

I used this for months. Then developed terrible rash on chest. Saw dermatologist allergist and primary care md. No one knew what it was. Even had labs drawn. Stopped using it and everything I could think of. Was placed on steroids (eyes swelled shut too) the symptoms finally cleared up after four months. I used gold bond crepe last night on hands before bed. Woke up this morning with eyes swollen again. This is a concerning product having read other reviews!

I was using this and it worked very well. Then I started itching. This went on for over a year before my dermatologist figured out that's urea and this product was causing my eczema. I was a misery for a whole year only to find out this product has been discontinued in Europe back in 2005. Why doesn't your company fix this? Take the urea out there are other ways to make your product absorbed into the skin.

This product caused intense itching on my neck and breasts and caused the skin on my hands to dry out and be uncomfortable. The itchiness kept me awake at night and the only thing that relieved it was a high-dose steroid cream. My dermatologist and I have ruled out all other causes for the itchiness and from reading the reviews here I see that I am not alone experiencing this from using this product. Definitely not recommended.

I bought this product about a two months ago with high hopes for results. The first few applications were pretty good. The lotion felt good going on but by the second week I started feeling tingling and small red spots. I thought it was doing some magic as promised. However within a few more days I developed a rash, red, itchy, burning exactly where I was applying it. My legs, arms, neck and stomach. Thank god I didn’t use it on my face. I stopped using it and. It cleared up within a few days. I should have thrown it away, but just recently, I was out of lotion, and started using some of this again with the hopes of getting by for that one time. Well, that was a mistake! I was up all that night scratching my arms and legs and the burning sensation on my skin was awful. This product is terrible and should be immediately discontinued. Something is in there that is not good for human consumption. Very disappointed with Gold Bond.

I used two full large bottles of this over a long period of time and loved it. I opened a new bottle and got a painful, itchy rash on my eyelids and neck. I stopped using it while I used two creams prescribed by my doctor. I had no idea what caused it since I hadn’t used anything new. It cleared up, and I went back to my usual routine. The rash came back. Another trip to the doctor, and I still didn’t think it was the crepe corrector. Treated and cleared up again, and I didn’t use the product for a couple of weeks. I used it last night and once again woke up with a rash on my eyelids, around my mouth, and on my neck. It’s looks hideous and it’s extremely uncomfortable. I am not the only one who has had this issue upon opening a new bottle. Something has changed.

I bought a 14 oz bottle to apply on face and neck. It was about the third night after washing my face and applying generously, that I woke up with swollen red, itchy skin on eyelids and around my eyes. My neck was red and itched and also around my mouth. I looked awful! What happened? I stopped using and in several weeks it healed with nothing but Vaseline. I just decided to try it again last night and bingo .... the skin around my eyes, mouth and neck were all red, itchy and swollen this morning. It works great on my legs and arms ... but NOT my face!

I have only used the product on my neck a couple times. It reactivated a rash that I once (5 years ago) had on my neck that I believe was yeast-based. Now I'm back treating it with two different dermatological prescription creams that take several weeks to work. Ugly looking neck! Glad it's turtleneck weather! Can't seem to add a photo.
