I have used this product for a month with no improvement

I have never had an allergic reaction to a lotion before but I developed red itchy welts on my neck and the bends in my elbows. I stopped using it until everything was healed up, about 2 weeks and reapplied only to my arms last night. The welts and itching is back and worse than before.

I tried it for the first time and it left my skin feeling soft and moisturized all day, which it barely happens with other brands. What I like about this is that you can even apply it to your face and neck.  It doesn’t have a scent so it’s good to use with your favorite perfume. I highly recommend it.
