this tv replaced a 39" samsung. we love it! the samsung quality is excellent. picture quality is amazing. it seems as it there could be a better way to connect to the internet. navigating the keyboard with a remote can be frustrating. the operation of the remote is challenging at times. the buttons for volume and channel selection seem to have a mind of their own at times. i highly recommend this product.

The samsung tech was awesome and figured out it just needed a firmware update. Has had a great picture ever since and the apps make switching between streaming services a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my TU8000 4K 50" television for nearly 4 months, and we still absolutely love it. The picture is simply excellent, and the sound is wonderful. Additionally, I love the new layout of the remote: fewer, multifunctional buttons. The only thing I dislike is the remote is very sensitive and takes me out of HULU live, so I have to log back in everytime the remote is slightly touched. There should be a freeze button so that I don't switch over to Netflix and Prime Video so easily. There is a separate button for each of those with their name on it, and that makes the remote very "couch unfriendly."

The smart features are very easy to access. The remote is also easy to use with the voice control. It makes me want to replace my other older TVs with a model like this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am really enjoying my new TV. It is the nicest (and biggest!) TV I have ever owned. It's easy to use and the design makes it a pleasure to look at, even when it's not turned on. The picture is not quite as sharp as I would like and the interface menu that comes up when you turn it on is a little clunky. But those are my only (minor) complaints. I would recommend this model and size for someone who wants a very good TV but can't spend an arm and a leg for a higher priced model or brand.

It's only been two weeks but I'm loving my tv. I had one issue on day two where it wouldn't turn on, neither with the remote or button on tv but I “think” that may have been due to the plastic running along the frame I was waiting to remove. The issue hasn't happened again since. I really love the smart aspect and having all the apps available. The mirroring feature is also fantastic since it's preventing me from having to buy an Apple TV 4K. The picture quality is great. I know this isn't a top of the line model but coming from a 40” 1080p the quality difference for me is vast and enough of an upgrade to make me happy.

Picture quality is rich with good contrast in all but bright sunlight. The screen is fairly reflective but not overly distracting. The user interface is on par or better than the competition and it boots quickly. I like the included music video channels and voice remote, although I did receive a defective remote with my initial purchase. Overall would buy again especially considering the price point and solid customer service.

I only have one issue with this tv that being the volume could be better. I have to turn the volume way up for my listening comfort. However I love the picture quality the design the ease of going to different apps that are on this tv. I still have things to explore on this tv and I have had it for ruffly 4 months now. If you're looking for a great tv I'd definitely recommend this one. Now I'm actually thinking of getting a bigger tv same brand and model just bigger.

We have used Samsung products for over two decades and I'm just blown away at this TV. The only down side is you need a sound bar for a great sound experience. I'm still shopping for one.
