I love Samsung products so I figured I couldn't go wrong with it. It's also my 1st smart tv and both my son & I are loving it. The picture quality, the apps and sound are great. I would recommend and I'm thinking of replacing all the other tv's in my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a little while to get used to it , I have cable so I used the cable remote to run it. Sometimes it worked out all right some times it switched over to the small remote that came with the tv. I'm not a big fan of this remote it's kind of irritating,I'm a older person and don't learn things as fast as I used to and most of the things I do with the remote I use the cable remote. The reason I'm writing is because my tv sits on the side of my open staircase. I get up early in the morning, when i turn on the tv this loud noise comes on with a weird japanese voice, it's so loud the noise goes straight up the stairs into my wifes bedroom, this drives her out of bed and i receive my first chew out of the day. I finally learned how to get rid of it from directions from the net. Which brings me to a complaint, can't the directions be sent in a booklet, like I said I'm older. The sound from the tv seems to travel out the back and I lose alot of sound. This would be a terrific idea to send me the soundbar, so I could have a more quiet wife and some peace and quiet. Other than these things i LOVE the picture and am trying to get more used to the new things. Thanks for listening. Old Man

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it came time to upgrade our small 27" TV in the master bedroom, we decided to stick with Samsung (same as the old TV, and a 63" TV in our living room) and went with the 55" TU8000 Smart TV. This was our first Smart TV purchase and was looking to be able to eliminate a Roku Stick+ attached to our old TV. Was pleasantly surprised to discover that with only the plug going into the wall, I was able to connect to my home network via WiFi and download all of the apps that I needed quickly and easily. Performance has been great over the week that we've used the TV so far, and I'm very impressed by the picture quality. When it eventually comes time to replace the living room TV, I'm betting we'll stick with Samsung there as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a 43” which is great for its price. Picture is nice although the black color isn't quite as deep as a more expensive television would be. Sometimes the back light is slightly visible in the corners of the television.Sound is nice but if you want a deeper more room filling sound, you'll want to purchase a sound bar. That's true with most TVs though.Set us easy and the TV looks very slick. Remote is very simple and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three Samsung TVs and the the picture on this one is bright and clear, but I had a problem with light leakage on dark images. The colors on dark images bleed lighter in different areas at the top of the image. Samsung has offered a refund, but I am still waiting for it to come after eight weeks. I will buy another Samsung when I receive the refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is replacing a 65 inch Sony that was purchased 5 years ago. The Samsung has a great picture and the HDR provides nice colors. The initial tv we received was broken however the replacement works nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking to buy one of Samsungs QLED TVs for a while now... (Q80 or Q90) i hadn't given the Chrystal TU series a second thought. But then, our sons, as an early Christmas gift, sent is this 75 inch TU8000 series... and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised.. The picture is bright, colorful and motions are quite fluid. The TVs interface is also quite good... its quick with very little lag when switching between sources or when using menu functions (this has been a problem with other TV brands that I have looked at)... Over all, this is a great TV for the price, and I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would!!

However, the picture on this is fantastic and I have had several compliments on it. I like the bluetooth feature also. This is the 4th Samsung t.v. in the house, and fifth Samsung overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love my new Samsung tv. I bought two in one month. One for our patio and one for my women cave. I love the picture. It's crystal clear color is bright and colorful. As a woman I just needed a simple remote. Easy access to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. It has a quick button for each and easy streaming right from my iPhone. The 8000 is voice activated. I love that feature. I bought a 43 inch 7000 and a 50 inch 8000 now my husband once to get one for his man cave. He loves mine and now see's why I wanted Samsung tv's. I definitely recommend Samsung tv's.
