Not Good at All

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is not user friendly at all. The controls are very clunky and it is very frustrating to use. I also had a random problem on the screen that showed up up out of nowhere one day which looked like the screen shattered but it was an electronic “shatter”. Very very odd.

I love it so much I bought 2 !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to start out saying this Samsung television is exceptional! This television has so many features and benefits they are very hard to mention all of them. Starting with picture quality excellent, sound quality excellent, intuitiveness of the Tizen operating system.It has the widest array of apps included with the television, if you can't find what you need in the apps you can get anything you need. Let's talk a little bit about the universal remote with no numbers on it, this is one of the smartest ergonomic remote control I've ever used! Some people may be intimidated by it but it only takes her a few moments to study it and learn how easy it is to operate. It has Bixby voice commands built in which is very versatile ! I must admit on my 55 inch Samsung TV which was 2018 model, I really did not like how you get to the sleep timer. But on this new one, all you have to do is press the Bixby command button and say Bixby set sleep timer one hour ,And Bixby replies OK set. This is so simplified, I love it.I would like to conclude and say this is one of the best experiences of a television purchase I've had in my lifetime! Samsung keep up the good work you have a customer for life! Thanks again.

Great TV for a smaller space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Samsung! I live in a 100-year-old home with smaller rooms. The 43 inch model fits into those spaces while still giving me a beautiful picture and sound. And I love having all my streaming apps right in the TV itself!Tough to find such great performance in a “smaller” size like this- highly recommend!

Awesome Television

i brought this a christmas gift to me. at first i was disappointed because the picture looked like a cartoon with every thing. then my son showed me how use the controls to manipulate the picture and boy am i glad he did. you must know the recent movies look awesome with this television and no matter how updated your television it is only as good as the connection and input into it! great price for a great product!

DISAPPOINTING

ive always purchased samsung tvs. i have a 2017 7 series that i love in bedroom. this tv is different. the remote is half the size and difficult to figure out, you have to go to online user manual to even see how to use. the picture on this is not what is was on older model, its inconsistent and does not do well in a well lit room. the price was good, but the less luxurious feel of remote and tv picture still dont make it worth it.

You can try Dynamic Picture Mode, or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Go to Home> Settings> Picture> Expert Settings> Brightness We also recommend you check if Power Saving Mode has been enabled. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Best TV picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung TVs, but when I got the 7000 series I was disappointed with the picture. However the 8000 series is great, although colors are too red on regular cable compared to subscription TV. The remote control is does not light up and it's hard to use, which is why I'm scared to mess with the color on regular cable since I programmed the color right on other tv selections. I still don't know how to fully use the remote control. Overall, I love the TV, and the 50" size, and have learned my lesson to stick with Samsung. All of my Samsungs are still good even after 8 or more years!

Good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 8000 series in May, has worked very well so far. Love that it was able to be mounted on the wall, and have been able to access Netflix/Amazon/AT&T TV/HBO MAX. Good picture, box speakers are ok but would recommend externals.

My tv better then others.

The Apps are amazing and easy to work. Pairing is easy with any smart phone. I hope everyone has a tv like mine.

Great picture - Especially for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned my tv for just a couple of months and so far I love it. Was super easy to get set up, and it sees my cable box and receiver fine. My only complaint so far (and I'm sure it's a lack of knowledge) is I want to rearrange and delete some of the apps and I can't figure it out yet.

Great TV with more than I was expecting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a new TV for a while (I am a picky buyer), and this TV is so much better than I could have hoped. The interface is logical and easy to use. I used to have all my apps on my phone, but now they are all neatly organized on my TV. I seem to have an ever growing list of apps to stream to, and this TV makes that so much easier to manage. The picture is super clear, and the colors really pop. The TV was very easy to set up, and the slim frame on the outside of the screen is a small touch to make the TV look more modern and sleek. It was a little more than I anticipated to pay, but I definitely got my money's worth. Overall, this was an excellent purchase and I would recommend.
