[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like our new Samsung tv. The quality is excellent, and the picture looks very good. I also think the sound from the built in speakers is very good, I've had led flat screen TVs before but none of them has as good of sound as this one. I also like how the tv comes right on and shuts right off, my other TVs take a few seconds to spool up. There are many good features that come with this tv, I especially like the ambient mode and I can pair my iPhone with the tv and play music through it with some cool background effects. I also like the way you can program your most viewed channels and the menu is easy to navigate. Keep up the good work Samsung !

My only problem is that the remote control is very difficult to use; no documentation of the difficult to use menu system was provided.

The Image quality is good, and the menus are easy to use. My only negative is the remote is not lit so you can't see the buttons in the dark.

The negative is that I found it difficult to setup there is a lot to learn and maybe because of my age 70 and my lack of electronic capabilities .Still learning to navigate through all the features .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the the look of the picture is great, I have been having trouble connect a TIVO box to use it, I think there is a lot apps that are unnecessary as I find it hard to navigate to block and delete with small children not accidentally clicking on them. The sound on max. has been difficult to hear at time when viewing movies. Perhaps additional speaker system would work to help the increase the sound and quality of the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've found this tv to be perfect for my needs. Color and clarity are nice. Features are good. I'm not enamored of the voice assist and a lot of the controls are not easily found. Overall, worth the purchase.

I wish the volume was a little better but can easily be fixed by adding a sound bar. Samsung is the best!

This television has so many features and benefits they are very hard to mention all of them. Starting with picture quality excellent, sound quality excellent, intuitiveness of the Tizen operating system.It has the widest array of apps included with the television, if you can't find what you need in the apps you can get anything you need. Let's talk a little bit about the universal remote with no numbers on it, this is one of the smartest ergonomic remote control I've ever used! Some people may be intimidated by it but it only takes her a few moments to study it and learn how easy it is to operate. It has Bixby voice commands built in which is very versatile ! I must admit on my 55 inch Samsung TV which was 2018 model, I really did not like how you get to the sleep timer. But on this new one, all you have to do is press the Bixby command button and say Bixby set sleep timer one hour ,And Bixby replies OK set. This is so simplified, I love it.I would like to conclude and say this is one of the best experiences of a television purchase I've had in my lifetime! Samsung keep up the good work you have a customer for life! Thanks again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV. Picture quality is amazing, colors are vibrant and blacks are really nice. Onscreen menus are user friendly and easy to access. Remote is ergonomically designed. Great selection of apps and other apps are very easy to find and install. I have used it for movies, sports, TV shows and gaming with no issues.
