[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the Crystal would be something special. But as I read AFTER my purchase, it's just a brand name for an HDTV. The picture is clear. But there is a glare off the screen that hurts my eyes. The remote control doesn't do much unless you want to talk to it - which I don't. The sound is good. But navigating to the settings is cumbersome. Sorry Samsung. But I'm just not as happy as I thought I'd be.

The remote control feature with built-in Alexa makes it so easy to navigate the television. Just press a button and go where you want to go! If you're electronically challenged like I am, this feature will make you feel like a genius! The remote control itself is so simplified and doesn't have 50 buttons like others that we've had. In a few minutes you will master the control portion and then enjoy a magnificent picture quality without breaking the bank. We'll be buying another shortly! Highly, highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my very first 4K television and I love it. This replaced an 8 year old standard flat screen television. After researching for a television that supported airplay with the proper budges, Samsung's tu8000 series was a no brainer. Crystal clear, great sound, many customizable settings. Another great seller for me is built in Bluetooth. It isn't an issue for me but more of a noticeable pet peeve; the user interface is a bit laggy but very easy to navigate.the star review is reflected on the lag alone. One thing I do find difficult is trying to sync my Google Assistant to this. This was also a main reason I purchased this TV. I know Alexa is built in but I've always used Google Assistant. My personal reasons of this television purchase: Airplay Bluetooth 4K resolution Ability to Sync with Google Assistant. (This needs work.) Built in voice command in remote.

I have always found good quality with Samsung their products never let me down. I am very happy with the sound quality, picture quality and various options. I also like that it has a wellness component to it. I can download and stream different apps. Plan to purchase Samsung again in the near future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research before I finally selected this tv and I'm glad I did, I had a 32” Samsung in 2016 and liked it a lot never any problems with it, so after a lot of debating and looking for the right features I ordered it and received it with no damages I brought it in let it warm up a little and plugged it in and the set up was relatively fast and easy, I've had it now for about five months now with no issues and the picture is wonderful especially watching nature shows and documentaries very clear and the color is fantastic and I would also like to mention the remote control is something else it's slim and has an amazing sensor in it somehow works in any direction even if your in the next room don't ask how it works through the walls but it does! For the price range it's in I highly encourage people to give it a chance you will not be disappointed.

I intended on purchasing a different brand this time around but found this tv to be fairly priced and the picture was as clear as the other brand I had anticipated buying.
