Excellent picture, price and features. I use this in a bedroom but have decided to buy a 65” for my living room. This TV will not disappoint.

Once I signed into my streaming services everything was pretty much done and I was able to start enjoying the TV within an hour of unpacking it. The picture and sound quality are amazing and I love that I can mirror my Apple products so easily. I would definitely recommend this TV to someone who has never had a smart TV before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this TV a few good qualities such as sound, several irritating aspects of it hold it back and I nearly gave it one star because of the truly awful remote control, the default setting to the free Samsung Channel when it turns on and the poor layout and incredibly small tile icons for apps at the bottom of the screen that are extremely difficult to manuever and manage. I own an older Samsung 50 inch smart TV from 2012 that has performed wonderfully. Frankly, I see little improve in this 2020 model picture wise except for 4k programming. And my old model's easy to use and easy to access remote blows the new, sleek, disappointing 2020 model remote away. Whereas the older remote is intuitively designed with easy to use volume, channel, pause, fast forward, rewind, mute, last channel, returnv buttons that are clearly marked, the 2020 remote has no markings, is counterintuitive and you have to make your best guess as to how to access commonly used functions that are not marked. The awful printed manual offers NO help. This remote assumes the user will pick up functions through use, I guess, and that is too much work for me. The picture is decent but I bought the 2020 model for outstanding, not decent. My son's 2018 model in the same series has a much better picture and his 4K blows mine away. I bought my TV based on his great experience and based on the many great years with my 2012 model. I feel like I wasted my money with this inferior, overpriced, underperforming 2020 Samsung.

first- the setup is rather aggravating. there are few instructions and unexpected requests for information. second- the picture is quite brights and color tones are not rich. you feel like you need to step back. third- the remote is impossible for an elderly person such as the party this was bought for. it has a few unreadable buttons that function differently depending where you are. fourth-navigation is unpleasant. you can barely use it as a simple brainless tv. you have to select your cable vendor every time and it is easy to land in no man's land. not so bad for this reviewer but again not an elderly person's best pick. i cannot identify anything especially good about this tv so it gets 3 stars.

Allowing you to view shows, movies on multiple platforms in ultra HD. Also comes with some free channels which is nice. Very user friendly and smooth with crystal clear picture. Highly recommend Samsung smart tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so it's a great tv, but it could be better. It says 43 inch and it is exactly 43”. The picture is great (after majorly adjusting the settings). The sound is good. This tv connects to the internet without any trouble IF you are hard lined in, we tried WiFi and after a horrendous set up process via an app it still wouldn't connect and if it did it wouldn't stay connected. The problem is that this tv is way overly complicated. I have a RCA smart tv and it's super simplified (think iOS/Apple) and I wish this Samsung tv was too. The worst is the app. You have to have the app to even start the set up for this tv. You are barely able to get the app to work for set up, and then after that it really becomes useless, and your tv is constantly trying to reconnect to your phone even after you delete the app. If you can survive the set up this is a great tv. I really hope Samsung starts to simply their running systems and stops trying to make their tv's run like a windows operating system.
