[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned my tv for just a couple of months and so far I love it. Was super easy to get set up, and it sees my cable box and receiver fine. My only complaint so far (and I'm sure it's a lack of knowledge) is I want to rearrange and delete some of the apps and I can't figure it out yet.

the picture is crisp and the apps are easy to use. my husband bought this to replace our 42” samsung that was refusing to turn on any longer. only disappointment is the quality of the speakers. we normally would have the volume in the low single digits. with this model we must be in the teen double digits to hear anything. we utilize our surround sound system instead. would still recommend this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a great looking picture and a almost frameless screen which adds to its modern appearance. It has many unexpected features such as the Samsung Channel and the ability to surf the internet. I have difficulty hearing so the high quality sound makes it more enjoyable to watch.

incredible picture unless you're sitting more than 30 degrees off center, then picture loses some of its brilliance. the worst thing is the auto play of videos, tv shows from samsung tv that play once you turn on the tv. also, they don't provide a traditional remote with numbers on it. the remote provided just has an up/down channel selector. don't know if i would have bought knowing all these things.

i bought this tv to replace an old samsung plasma tv that i bought about 12 years or so ago. that tv still works great so i put it in the bedroom and will continue to use it. the picture quality and features of the tu8000 are amazing! the screen size is perfect for my space and it weighs almost nothing compared to the old plasma which i hated having to manipulate because it always took 2 people to move it. i didn't think i would use the smart option since i have an apple tv, but the setup and ease of operation has won me over. i can even send my apple device displays directly to the tu8000 through the built-in apple airplay. you won't be disappointed in this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good with the TV. I like that it comes with Apple TV and Apple Music apps. I wish the TV would connect to my Bluetooth soundbar automatically on a more consistent basis. Also, there appears to be some lag when moving around the Samsung menus. However the tv is appears to be a good value so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving my new TV, this makes my second samsung tv, also have a dvd player, samsung never dissapoint, the picture is crisp and clear colors are vivid and bright loving all the apps and free samsung movies, and alexia, and also you can download the app for your phone. so happy with my purchase.

My second Samsung 50" and my last Samsung TV I'll buy. My last one and now this one have had smaller than soup can sized circles start showing up on the screen. The TV other than that is fine but the circles get worse and worse. It is a backlighting issue. Less than a year after the warranty was up. Looked it up and MANY people have the same issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been buying Samsung TV's since 2007 when I bought my 40” LCD and haven't purchased another brand of a TV since. I currently have 5 Samsung's in my house including the first one that I purchased that is still running strong. As for the model I'm reviewing there's not a negative thing that I can say about it. The picture and sound quality is great for the price, the internet and app speeds are top notch as well. I would recommend this TV to anyone that asked me about it because the bang for your buck here is more than you'd expect. 5 stars all day!
