[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and sound are perfect. It did take me awhile to figure out the remote, I am almost 70. The only drawback is I can't see the picture from a side angle, but I have it slanted in the direction I want. Great TV!

this is the third samsung television i have bought and each time the experience gets better and better! this unit has exceptional picture quality really sharp images and colors very easy to set up! very user-friendly! sound quality could be better but it's not horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm quite pleased with my new TV. My prior television stopped working quite suddenly so I needed to make a quick purchase. I was able to compare some different models and brands online, and decided to switch to Samsung for my new TV. The sound quality of the TV is definitely superior to my prior one, and the overall use of the TV is easier. The picture quality is fantastic and the remote is appreciatively uncomplicated. Howeverm I also have some frustrations with it. I have had a lot of difficulty with the voice assistant, as it rarely comprehends what I say. I also have experienced difficulty with getting some apps to install and still have to rely on an external plug in device to use some as a result. I also would have appreciated an option to at least download an actual users manual, as finding things in the onscreen setup and manual is extremely difficult. I'm pretty technically proficient and used to manage a big box electronics store, so I'm not unfamiliar with how to operate modern TVs, so for someone with my background to feel the operational menu is not user friendly is pretty significant.

I hook my PS4 to it and use this TV for gaming. It is an amazing gaming TV but everything looks great without the PS4 as well.

had this tv for about 16 months, hardly used it. now i only get a blue screen every 5 seconds before it shuts off. the 2nd samsung in a row that lasted me less than 2 years. both lost their pictures out of no where, no sign that there was a problem. great tv when it was working. i feel as though if i spend my hard earned money on something it should last more than a year or two.

So I spent many days and hours online, reading and searching for as many different brands and models out there. I checked out many of the comments on all the ones that caught my eye. This brand a (43" Class TU8000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020) had some very high ratings and many excellent reviews. My efforts paid off with much happiness and enjoyment of owning this TV. It displays Amazingly "Crystal" clear colors. Fast and easy access to all the channels and streaming companies. The sound is spectacular but a new soundbar would be a super PLUS! I would recommend this and any other Samsung product to anyone and everyone I know. AND! This TV is in my bedroom. When the time comes to replace my TV in the living room it will surely be a SAMSUNG. And the biggest one they make.

The picture quality is great, the 4k experience is immersive, the design is sleek and beautiful and the price is unbeatable. I love all smart features it comes with. Using it over wifi and it streams 4k content without any issues. The other thing that i love is the new remote. Its so beautiful and perfect for modern day use. It work very well with the interface and combined with the mobile app, brings such ease of use.

The picture and sound is very crisp and there is a huge quality difference between this TV and the others in our home. The only issue we've come across is that the voice control doesn't work but that is such a minute problem with the great qualities this TV has.

i bought a higher rated product hoping to get a great picture. its just ok. cant find out how to try and adjust the color. the remote sucks. it looks nothing like the remote on the website. maybe i am old fashioned but i prefer a remote with numbers on it. this one is almost useless to me.
