Really Satisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but good experiences with Samsung TVs in my household. Decided to purchase a newer model and even sized up to the 65 inch! I'm on a budget so this tv was very reasonably priced and I'm so happy with the picture quality. I'm a big console gamer and it has a nice game mode feature that makes games look better. It has plenty of streaming apps available as well. Very satisfied with this purchase!!

Awesome tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is great, no need for a fire stick or chrome cast, just download the apps onto the tv itself and watch whatever you want! The only negative is it was difficult to set up the smart remote app on iPhone, I just gave up and don't use it.

Great Features - Good Quality

Seamless interface with minimal learning curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung smart tv's have an easy to use/ customizable home screen (once you've gotten use to the interface). This TV has a clear picture, and decent sound (I don't use the sound on the tv, I have it paired with a sound-bar).

SmartTv

Excellent Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TU 8000 43 inch TV is an excellent TV. Very easy to setup and install, very user friendly and easy to use interface upon initial turn on. The picture quality and sound are superb, brilliant colors great contrast and crystal clear picture. I have a separate DVD recorder and DVD player connected via the HDMI inputs, and the external devices work great with this TV and the picture quality is excellent. The internet setup for the TV was very easy and simple and the internet and smart TV functions perform great. We had a Samsung 32 inch LCD TV for 12 years and worked great wanted to upgrade to a smart TV with LED technology. Overall this is an excellent TV and highly recommend, excellent choice.

Awesome TV

Product didnt meet my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV as an upgrade from my LG 55". My LG was perfect, but I wanted a bigger TV. This Samsung seemed promising at first, but then I realized the LG was better when I played my first 4k video on it using the You Tube app. I play games on PS4 and HD quality is poor. When I switch from Netflix for example to PlayStation or vise versa, the picture becomes extra bright with low quality and i have to unplug and plug the HDMI cable every time. I don't feel the 4k in this TV and the "COOL" picture is just fuzzy and not clear at all. Colors are way off. Sound is not as loud as other TVs even on max. I regret getting rid of my 55" LG because this Samsung didn't meet my expectations.

Great picture, if you live in a cave.

the color and picture are great, if you are watching the set in complete darkness. the screen picks up every bit of light. even if you have a small light in the other room. the streaming isn't that great. some programs have a bad studder. not sure if it's the processor or if it's wi-fi. i had an 8 year old vizio flat screen with a roku and didn't have any problems. the set says it has the most recent update. not real impressed so far. also having issues with my amazon prime. we have to sign in almost every time we have use it. doesn't remember log in/ settings. price was decent for this size, but with the the other issues not so sure.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. If the issue with app sign in and setting only happens with Amazon Prime, then it is most likely an App issue, not a TV issue. Please contact the app provider for help.
