[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the picture quality. Worked perfectly for about 6 weeks then the problems started. 1) the TV will turn itself on all by itself. It takes anywhere from 2 to 15 minutes but it comes on in the “ambient” mode. When I was researching the problem I realized Problem #2. The TV no longer recognizes my local WiFi networks. It did when I first set up the TV but now it doesn't see any of my three networks. Our iPhones, iPads, computers, Roku all see the networks. It took a while to verify my TV was under warranty and to set up a factory service call. In addition the COVID pandemic slowed parts delivery so we have been waiting close to a month. During that time one evening the TV did not turn on by itself and all the the WiFi networks were seen and all the apps worked as they had when it was set up. However the next morning the TV was on in the ambient mode and the networks were not seen. The problems seem to be related. I tried on line chatting with no luck. Fortunately the TV works as a TV so we can still watch cable. I can't fault the service company but I am very disappointed in the failures I've experienced after less than two months of use. I truly hope the factory service fixes the TV permanently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had many televisions throughout and by far this Samsung has met and surpassed what we look in a television. The clearness on the screen makes you feel like you are part of the action or that you are there. We watch most of our movies and shows on it just because of the superb picture. I'm a big sport fanatic and have been watching the NBA playoffs and I can't say enough how amazing it looks and now that the NFL started I'm so so pleased. Definitely the best television we have ever purchased.

well the tv is light in weight , picture is fine if you have a hd signal but it has some real problems the area where the cables go is a joke, why they weren't made at a 45 degree angle is beyond me my good cables didn't even fit without much screwing with them the remote is so small and poorly marked it also is a joke and the instructions are lets say worthless i have been using samsung tv's for over 30 years all have been easy to use, not this one i have had to learn how this tv works by accident and still i;m not up to speed i'm an older person and find this tv a real challenge and when you turn on a hdmi source you have to screw with it and it is very slow asking every time to pair it with the samsung remote why

Then I purchased my Crystal UHD 4K 8000 Series this year and fell in love with Samsung 4K all over again. The new smart remote is so easy to use & set up. The ambient lighting is wonderful. And the picture has no comparison. Keep it up Samsung!!

samsung believer - this is the fifth samsung tv i have owned over many years, the color quality is always excellent i get lots of compliments on ihe picture quality when people enter i am not certain i have it set up completely yet but signing my way around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the main reasons I picked this Samsung TV as it's smart features included the ability to download the Xfinity ap which allows me to stream all of my Xfinity TV channels on this TV without the need of an additional cable box. I can put this TV anywhere around my house; as long as I can connect to my internet, it works like a charm. It also came with a lot of other free streaming TV channels and the picture is great!

Well with my on hand experience with Samsung, and how they make there displays im all for it. Yes other company's make great displays, but Samsung goes above and beyond I currently have the 55" in my living room and its perfect for family movie nights, the display is super crispy. All in all if ur looking for a great display and a good family night ur in the right place with samsung...
