SAMSUNG 85" Class TU800D-Series Crystal Ultra HD 4K Smart TV - UN85TU800DFXZA (2020 Model)

Bought this TV at Christmas 2020.  TV was on for a maximum of 20 hrs as it was in a area not much frequented.  Back lights went out in Jan 2023.

Amazing tv

Right out of the box the TV doesn't work. The repairman came and said we need a part. It has been more than a week and we still have a paid for very large NOT WORKING TV. The store said to bring it back but we can't . It weighs more than 90 pounds and after assembling it it won't go back into the box which is too big for our car which is why we had it delivered.

TV doesn't work

My wife and I watched Thursday Night Football and it was as though we were in the huddle. I have a top shelf high definition TV and I thought that was the best picture I had ever seen. This TV blows it out of the water. Samsung is the giant for a reason.
