i had a 11 year old samsung 43 in plasma tv.  it was a 720 hd.  this 55 in  4k crystal display is a huge upgrade and i love thr picture quality!

Tv quit working after 2 years.   Complete garbage and waste of money.   Find a different brand.  Samsung sucks

Samsung tvs fail

i love this tv! everything about it, picture quality, tech, performance, etc. i highly recommend this tv.

AMAZING!!

Right out of the box the TV doesn't work. The repairman came and said we need a part. It has been more than a week and we still have a paid for very large NOT WORKING TV. The store said to bring it back but we can't . It weighs more than 90 pounds and after assembling it it won't go back into the box which is too big for our car which is why we had it delivered.

TV doesn't work

My wife and I watched Thursday Night Football and it was as though we were in the huddle. I have a top shelf high definition TV and I thought that was the best picture I had ever seen. This TV blows it out of the water. Samsung is the giant for a reason.
