Good Image- software issues

love the image on the tv. the software ease of use isn't as good as the cheaper 55" we switched from. it freezes and has issues with certain mainstream apps. love the image but the usability seems to be an afterthought.

ease of use

it is a great tv but i am surprised that when volume is at 100 it is just not that loud. i like to have it on while i listen from another room and it is just not that loud. my old tv was much louder.

Crystal clear picture
