Frustrating

all features are use less to me. computer does not understand me. i am 75years old and not a computer geek. the only way i watch your product is with my cable remote. very disappointing!!

Stand not steady

i just feel like the stand needs to be more stable. we had it firmly set on a solid wood flat table and a slight brush up against the tv and it flew top over bottom onto the floor without even a moment to catch it
